Best sign service ever
What do you like best about the product?
the Certificate at the end with the IP address etc

nothing at the moment honestly its very good

E sign when sellers cant come in person

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create your own templates and a seamless implementation to our central customer hub. Customer support has been very good, although we don't seem to need that much help as it's simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc is still relatively new to us at this point. Once fully integrated and frequency of use increases to 100% of our customer contracts, a better review can be given. To date, there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's link with HubSpot takes away some of the manual intervention and makes the customer experience of completing a contract much simpler.
A simple and Efficient Document Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use with a clean drag and drop interface that simplifies document creation. It integrates well with CRMs like salesforce enhance workflow efficiency. Customer support is responsive and helpful, especially during onboarding. Its feature like e-signature, real-time tracking and customized template is amazing. We totally reliable on this tool for managing proposal, contracts and approval effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It provide limited design flexibility compared to traditional documents editors. It has some glitches during template customization. Its advance feature are highly price which may costly for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve the problem of slow, manual document workflows by digitizing the entire process from creation to e-signature and tracking. It eliminates the need for printing, scanning or emailing back and forth which saves time and reducing errors.
Good product, fast and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Reports us about contracts being reviewed in a timely manner, we can clasify the signed documents, I use it almost daily to send contracts to new customers, it is easy to use and self explanatory, we have it integrated with Office, so we ususally call it from our Office portal, on a regular usage, we haven´t needed to reach out to ttheir customer support services, unless it is something critical
What do you dislike about the product?
If we have a template, it is not easy to adjust to new options

Before we had docusign, and now with Panda docs, we can find old documents easier than before.

Since switching to Pandadoc, compiling, sending, and having clients sign paperwork is quick and very user friendly,

Honestly there is nothing I dislike about Pandadoc. It is amazing software!

It saves time in generating documents and contracts. managing contracts, and getting contracts quicly to clients so they can easily review and sign them.
PandaDoc is excellent value with flexibility and is feature-rich
What do you like best about the product?
The best features that we utilise are the flexibility on the templates and the approval processing for authorising documents, along with the ease of obtaining signatures both internally and externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered many downsides; however, it would be great if the initials related to signatures and initials, was actually personalised (like the signatures are). At the moment the initials are generic, and not the actual personal initials of a person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flexible templates allow us to have standardised templates on several documents including proposals, applications and other documents, all of which meet our expectations and can be customised to our style and branding which is excellent. We save a lot of time preparing the documentation.
Loving the PandaDoc and Hubspot CRM Integration!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using PandaDoc for awhile now (at least 6 months), and we've been using it all wrong! Definitely should have taken the time to onboard using their documentation. We recently added Hubspot to our Sales tools, and the integration with PandaDoc and Hubspot is a game changer! I love that we can sync the 2 platforms to pass information back and forth and create deals seamlessly and effortlessly in Hubspot that automatically update the data in PandaDoc. I also love that we can link our PandaDoc proposals to our deals in the Hubspot CRM. Once you read and implement the documentation, PandaDoc is easy to use and very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the documentation is outdated as the platform has been updated over time. That has led to some confusion in our learning and implementation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easier for us to customize and send quotes and get paid thanks to the integrations with our Hubspot CRM and QBO accounts. We are in the process of streamlining our sales and product offerings, and PandaDoc has made it so much easier.
Documents Made Super Easy Thanks to PandaDoc!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to send, create and track your documents. Having one software for all of that is amazing and super helpful. It does not require any skills or anything, works for users who are not tech-savy.The analytics are very helpful aswell, it lets you see when someone opens a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's only one thing I really d islike which is that - some of the "advanced" features if you want to call it that - are locked behind higher price tier plans and they are very pricey. The features are not even that good but are useful to have for everyone who can't afford the higher tier plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual paperwork is very annoying to deal with, PandaDoc made it really simple for me to handle my paperwork. You can sign any document with their eSignature feature in literal seconds which is awesome. It keeps all your documents in one place, the workflow seems super neat and just easy to use.
Easy Document Organising
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use in terms of choosing templates and completing the documents. Support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe to use more colours, however everything about the platform is good.

Getting documents completed and signed in record time.
