Best e-sig platform (tried many)
What do you like best about the product?
Having go-to templates that you can slightly modify per customer is a huge time saver. It's such a simple feature but other offerings don't let you edit a template before sending it out, so you can pre-fill fields for them to see and sign after they sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have calculations within a doc based on the way you fill out seats or have the date field auto-filled out based on the day it's signed

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it so easy to track approvals of quotes. It was super easy to learn how to use. I use it every day in my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could lengthen the time the document is active - without having to upgrade our account.

It’s very easy to use, edit and adjust to each case, based on the templates that we have made

Honestly I haven’t met any disadvantages yet, I think the programs are very easy to use

Excellent signing document tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive to use, user friendly and straightforward. It's proven successful because clients have an easy time signing it once they get the document open. It integrates nicely with Hubspot. I'm a big fan
What do you dislike about the product?
It often goes to the customers spam when you first send it. It would be ideal if it didn't do that.

An easy way to sign clients and put a new contract in place.
Easy to Use & Great Statistics
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use with drag and drop features to build documents. When we send a document to a customer, PandaDoc provides statistics for how many times the document has been opened, how long they've been viewing it, etc. The documents can also be organized to keep track of everything. We utilize the program often to send many of the documents we use every day. The PandaDoc support team is typically very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the drag and drop features are nice, we would appreciate it if the documents/pages were more customizable (text, styling, etc.). Other applications can be integrated with PandaDoc but we were a bit confused with how to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our customers reside in other locations, so PandaDoc allows us to send customers important documents and get their signatures/input without having to meet face to face.

PandaDoc has helped me safe thousands of dollars compare to other providers with same features! I am glad I made the change to PandaDoc

PandaDoc makes it simple to create documents for remote viewing and signature. The software saves time and is very customizable.

I find PanadDoc to be extremely user friendly and helpful - no dislikes to list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc saves me the time and effort of driving contracts and proposals to customers for physical signatures. It also saves my customer's time with e-signature capabilities - no need to print, sign and scan agreements and proposals.

some advanced features like workflow automation are only available in the paid plans

So Pandadoc helps me with quick turnaround with the proposals, thereby increasing the efficiency. Tracks documents views and helps track visibility and time spent on each section which is good information to have.
