Panddoc review
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything organized and it's easy to search for documents
What do you dislike about the product?
To resend a template I have to go into edit, rather than just a resend button
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an online school and need parents to sign documents often.
PandaDocs The Quick and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
To be honest, I had never heard of PandaDoc before I started working for Grupo Estrella. But after using it for over a year now, I often wonder why I hadn't used it before and why so many people are not taking advantage of this great tool.
As someone who works with contracts every day in my role at Grupo Estrella, I find PandaDoc to be consistently quick, easy to use, and reliable for all our documentation needs. I previously worked for myState House of Representatives, and I couldn't help but think of the many ways an organization like that could significantly benefit from implementing a tool like PandaDoc. The potential savings in terms of time spent on document creation and management, the reduction in paper consumption, and the efficient allocation of resources just by adding this to their workflow would be considerable.
I also greatly appreciate the seamless integration it offers with other systems we currently utilize, such as Pipedrive, which streamlines our processes and makes managing our documents exceptionally simple and quick.

It should send email and text at the same time.

paperless contracts with e signature.
Pandadoc - great document builder and signing software
What do you like best about the product?
Building documents with great tools and getting documents at my clients via email, sms or even links to get the documentation signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document builder is excellent, only slight issues with numbering across pages which is a small issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contracts and documents to our fighters and partners signed quickly and efficiently.
Smooth Sales Cycle
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add custom products and prices, add to a quote, and offer the customer the chance to review and/or updated the offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expiration dates seems to be baked in, and this needs to be updated per quote. Assume this is in settings, just have not found it yet

Keeping all contract and quotes in one place, with the ability to see who and when the document was viewed, and to manage product updates within the Panda Doc

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive and user friendly PandaDoc is. Creating, sending and tracking documents takes just a few clicks. The built in e signature and analytics make the whole process seamless and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that some advanced features can be hidden in menus which makes them harder to discover and use. Occasionally document formatting shifts slightly when viewed on different devices which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves the challenge of manual document creation, approval and signature by consolidating everything into one platform. This saves me time by automating workflows, reduces errors with standardised templates and speeds up deals with instant e‑signatures.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is too slow, and the pricing for having more than 3 Rooms is too high.

Greatest Contract Management Software!
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and setup. I love how I am able to section of certain fields for different signee's and get everyone aligned on every contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature where you can have an order of signatures, like I need person #1 signature first before moving on to person #2
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and fast executed agreements between my company and prospects. Really simple to use
PandaDoc is a great program. It is very easy to use and has a lot of features.
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the features of the other docusign programs, but it is not as costly. Also, there is an option to select where it will automatically flag the signing lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a limit of the number of documents to add to a package. I wish you could add more documents to each package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I would send documents out in an email and ask the client to print the documents, sign them, and scan them back to me. It would take a while to get the documents back and often they would come back all out of order and I would have to check to make sure all documents were returned. Now I just send them the package through PandaDoc and everything gets signed quickly and stays in the correct order and I know all documents are together.
PandaDoc is so easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The template option is wonderful, and it is so easy to see who has received the document, reviewed it, etc. And the price is right.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't sign up with a Gmail account. I have many friends who are solo entrepreneurs and who would really benefit from this product, but most of their customer interaction is on Facebook and they don't see the need for a domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us distribute and receive signatures on our onboarding packets for our new hires (who are located in other parts of the state).
Panda makes it easy to create & edit PDFs but also handles promoting to get those needed signatures!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the auto-reminder feature. When you've created legal documents which require signatures, Panda.doc handles this for you. It decreases the likelihood of revealing sensitive information through 'too much' correspondence, but still lets them know that this is something important, requiring their attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable; I like using the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc saves us time and money mailing out legal documentation to multiple parties. It also allows you to create and edit PDFs from originals.
