Highly Customizable, But Slow and Labor-Intensive
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and customization apart from the possibility of signing and using panddocs as legal documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's many times too slow and it requires a lot of manual work for fitting stuff in the documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc gives us the possibility of customizing our proposals for our customers and also using it's multiple features to make the customer see what they are looking for in a very personalized way.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely appreciate how PandaDoc simplifies the process of starting new documents and converting old ones, which makes setting up so straightforward that it's seamless right from the start. The platform's ability to streamline operations is unmatched in terms of efficiency, positioning it as the best e-signature platform I've ever used. The ease with which PandaDoc distributes e-sign capabilities across our team is invaluable, especially in a remote environment, ensuring legally binding documents without concerns about loopholes. The pricing model is beneficial because it allows distributing licenses to our entire team instead of limiting to just a few individuals. One feature I find particularly useful is the facility to convert and prefill documents easily, including having templates that are effortless to create. Additionally, PandaDoc’s customer support stands out as exceptional. They offer unparalleled assistance, helping with all business cases we've encountered, which is unlike any support we have received from other vendors. Moreover, I frequently recommend PandaDoc to others because every alternative solution I see pales in comparison to the robust and satisfying experience PandaDoc provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration of PandaDoc with other systems to be somewhat cumbersome and costly. Specifically, while attempting to merge documents and maximize emailing, the overall cost becomes quite prohibitive. This complicates the process of integrating PandaDoc more tightly into our systems for producing renewal letters or other documents essential for our interactions with clients. It would be beneficial if there were more streamlined methods to draw information and templates from other systems without incurring high costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to streamline e-sign capabilities for my entire team, making it easy to manage legal documents remotely and affordably distribute licenses, ensuring all agreements are legally binding and hassle-free.
Reliable Security and Customization, But Needs Better Customer Highlighting Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Security features make it reliable and trustworthy when you are getting documetns signed. Ity also has a great deal of custimizations that allow for enhancements to your documents that wouldn't have the same effect if just was left to the customer to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there are still a lot of areas that could be improved on the customer facing side of things. It's made to be simple and it is, but in terms of highlighting and marking important areas for the customer signing there's very little on that front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping documents compliant is crucial. Time stanps and dates along with consistent templates which are required for our highly regulated industry.

Effortless Document Sharing Across Users
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of accessing all documents from multiple users and creators. Very easy to use and always have support if needing assistance. We use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not notice many negatives to the site, we are happy with what it allows us to achieve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to get documents signed instantly as opposed to finding a time to bring the prospects in to sign physically.
Easy Template Creation, But Deletion Issues and Extra Fees Frustrate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create templates and modify them per your specifications
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you try to delete stuff from the document, the whole written paragraph gets erased, causing delays when creating/ updating a document. I also think, paying 2 dollars for every document created by an integration when we have a subscription unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating quotes and proposals.
Effortless Onboarding and Contracts for Our Whole Team
What do you like best about the product?
In our experience it has been easy to use and straight forward for the work we use it for. Our entire team uses it for onboarding and sending contract agreements. Similar to other e-signature it also notifies you when the recipient receives and opens your doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a feature that allows for an auto resend or reminder email to be sent to a recipient that has either not opened a document or has gone a certain amount of time without engaging/finishing the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadocs allows us to easily send out onboarding documents and client contracts for signatures without difficulty and at an affordable price.
Very Helpful and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful. I appreciate the signature attachment feature and the payment option. Ease of use is there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limitation when it comes to adding users, and I also noticed that there is no option to attach files directly through Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending proposals has become much easier now, thanks to the availability of templates and the ability to save them.

I truly appreciate the ease and intuitive nature of using PandaDoc. The setup process was straightforward and the software's clear structure helped me get started without any setbacks. I value how PandaDoc addresses my quoting problems, enabling clients to easily accept my quotes. Although I wish creating quotes was more automated, the outcome of having clients accept them commercially is satisfying. The integration with HubSpot is another standout feature for me, enhancing the connectivity and overall workflow between systems. Additionally, the activity log functionality is extremely useful as it details who accessed a document and their interactions with it, providing valuable insights. The document styling and ease of use, together with its capability of connecting with other systems like HubSpot, further highlight the benefits of using PandaDoc.

I find the customer service with PandaDoc to be not very personal, as the representatives seem disconnected from my specific needs and operations, which I believe limits the potential effectiveness of the service. Additionally, creating quotes is currently a manual process, and I wish there could be an automated way to handle this. The challenge of automating my quotes leaves me feeling stuck, as it complicates my workflow rather than simplifying it.

PandaDoc streamlines quoting by allowing clients to accept quotes and supports e-signatures for contracts. Though creating quotes is a bit manual, the results are beneficial as they meet commercial acceptance, enhancing my workflow.
