What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about PandaDoc is that it does what it is supposed to do. I don't have issues, technical glitches, or problems that delay our contract process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there really isn't anything to dislike. It does everything I need it to do, and it does it reliably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc streamlines our contract process both internally, and customer facing.

I can't think of anything! It's truly a great product!

Signing employment contracts with ease.
PandaDoc is great but I feel the pricing is a bit costly and a bit laggy at time on mobile

Its very easy to use and has great feature which keeps improving with time. So overall its easy and intuitive that best about it

Pricing structure and the bug while accessing through mobile are the things I dislike about PandaDoc

It make it very easy for us to take client signature using the e signature feature. Also when want to quote anything in official way

I am still learning what is possible with PandaDoc

11 mins past a meeting and customer success rep said he had internal projects to work on after 10 mins of missing a meeting. Yet he had time to email when I'm still connected to the room. That does not describe customer success to me.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy and fix to create individual offers on a daily basis. The support always responds super quickly, whereby the AI support is usually already able to help me. I also find the status display for my support requests a brilliant solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a little more flexibility in the discounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Over 100 contracts signed using PandaDoc and not a single client has had an issue with the platform. PandaDoc makes things simple for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like about PandaDoc.

Getting clients to sign contracts takes time. The last thing one wants is to have technology slowing down the process.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using PANDADOC since a very long time. I have used other like DocuSign but I find PANDADOC very user friendly, crisp pricing, easy to use, great support and best for my need.

I could not think anything that I dislike about Pandadoc.

PandaDoc rocks for its slick drag-and-drop editor, tons of templates, quick eSignatures, real-time tracking, and seamless integrations. It’s a time-saver that keeps things pro!
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc’s pricey for small biz, UI can lag, formatting imported docs is messy, and you can’t edit sent docs. Support’s spotty, emails hit spam, and the mobile app’s limited. Still solid, though!

PandaDoc simplifies creating, sending, and signing docs with templates, eSignatures, and automation. It saves you time, speeds up deals, and integrates with tools like Salesforce. Downside: it’s pricey for small teams, but the efficiency’s worth it.
Great for Streamlining Docs, But Needs More Automation
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes it easy to create, send, and track professional documents. I like the built-in templates and the ability to get electronic signatures quickly. The interface is clean, and it's great to see when someone has viewed or interacted with a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more flexibility in the quotes table, it can be limiting when trying to customize pricing layouts. Also, the catalog item system has some constraints that make it harder to manage products and services at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps automate the contract creation process for our CSM team , saving time and reducing manual errors. The eSignature workflow is clear and straightforward, making it the process clear for our internal teams and for the customer.
