the part i like about it is that it easy to use and have deatils to ck itsbtimeline

The signatures are off when we print them after they have been finalized.

Effortless Document Signing with PandaDoc—Simple and Reliable

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to use. I create a PDF of the form I need signed using Google Docs, then import it into PandaDoc. After that, I add a signature field for my customer to the PDF and send it by email for signing. Once my customer signs the document, I receive a signed copy along with a "signature certificate."
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not run into any weakness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I typically require only one or two digitally signed documents per month, so my needs are fairly low volume. I didn't want to pay for an expensive solution just for this purpose. PandaDoc meets my requirements perfectly, providing the features I need without unnecessary cost.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is straightforward to use and presents a clean, professional appearance to my clients. It allows me to draft contracts efficiently and receive e-signatures quickly, which helps keep my business operations running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I don't use the PandaDoc auto-fill field feature because it doesn't correctly input the types of signature fields I want to use throughout my contracts (initials vs. signature vs. date fields).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to send PDFs to clients and they would have to print it, sign it and scan it back to me. Or find their own digital signature solution. Now my clients receive something much more professional, quick and easy for them to execute and we all get a copy of the fully signed contract afterwards.

I find PandaDoc to be extremely easy to use, which has been a significant advantage for me. Additionally, the ability to send reminders is a convenient feature that I appreciate about PandaDoc. I find the process of assigning signature fields to specific users slightly cumbersome. It would be more efficient if, after initially selecting a person for a text or signature field, the subsequent fields could automatically default to the next assigned individual, streamlining the workflow for signing documents.
