Less expensive option than DocuSign

What do you like best about the product?
Pricing is better than their competitors and there are a lot of options so the system is pretty flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface confusing and touchy. For example, when you're filling in pre-set blocks with details of what a customer purchased and you click in the wrong area, then all of the blocks move around and you have to start all over again or drag and drop all of the blocks into their correct places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital contracts are almost never redlined by the recipients and they're more like to sign them than if they get a PDF

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with our CRM so our Sales Reps can send a pre-populated Proposal without leaving the CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Once we sign a contract it doesn't automatically update the Quotes status in our CRM so we have to rely on the PandaDoc messages. We use ZohoCRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing Contracts and Trade shows with their new feature which we love. Sending proposals after a demo within a minute to the customer has increased our conversion rate
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it integrates with your CRM. If not, the Document creation is still better but is the cost of learning a new system for similar functionality worth it

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create templates, drag an drop elements we've built into documents to account for varied types of agreements and contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve to it. Like I just recently found out about the 'self service' link option for customers to click on and fill out themselves. I also recently learned how/where to create message templates for the customer when you send off a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) We needed a company standard for our agreements and contracts
2) We needed a quick and easy way to collaborate and iterate, as we do consulting, support, and sell SaaS
3) It's great to see when a customer actually looks at a document vs emailing or calling and saying "did you have a chance to review?"
4) E-signing is *way* better than the ol' wet signature complete with misaligned scanned pages that are in the wrong order
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get proper training first, there's a lot to it.

Easy to use and integrate!

What do you like best about the product?
We use it for a few of our businesses. One is integrated with Salesforce and another we use to send out corporate docs. It's easy to setup and use and we never have problems with users who are receiving the documents opening and signing! That's the best experience for us - that the clients and businesses we work with can easily access and sign without issues or delays!
What do you dislike about the product?
We honestly have not had any issues or concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep our corporate docs stored and easily created for various clients and businesses we work with. We love the ability to track the receival and engagement with the document, so we know how to follow up best
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When researching, we found it offered all the capabilities we needed without the crazy cost other competitors charged. We haven't been disappointed and have two accounts for both of our companies.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to make money. I like the pricing. Templates. API. I also like the green color in the logo, it's silly to mention but it's true and I want to let you know this importatn detail to make up 40 characters. Try PandaDoc - I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't add images with API. Talking to the development team.

Results look nice, but it takes a while to get there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too slow, working over the web with a great connection and I still feel like I'm working over a 56K modem

The best document management software

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, but very powerful. They continually add features and make improvements, but not overwhelmingly. They are intelligent additions and the number of functional integrations continues to grow. It really is the best global solution and investment. We use PandaDoc for all our agreements with clients. We also used it for proposals, but we wanted more functionality, so we used it strictly for agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several customers have had problems not receiving the contracts in their email, there is also a list of errors that I need to start writing them as I go, but I did not realize that I would get a survey. Customer support is slow to respond when I need a signed contract quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day, I create some proposals and Pandadoc has facilitated the task of modeling what works well, keeping track of who has received and reviewed a proposal, as well as see who has signed it. Who does not like that?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like other companies to be encouraged to try this product because it has the ability to have mandatory fields, signatures and also include an email is excellent. I like that it tracks what still needs to be completed.

What do you like best about the product?
We use PandaDoc with CRM and I love using these two together, it's makes the invoicing process seamless for me and saves everyone lots of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
A big problem is that with some of our clients, PandaDoc e-mails seem to go right to spam, which is really kind of odd and quite an inconvenience when you're sending an invoice that needs to be pad straight away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us integrate quotes and invoices together into our job data within CRM so everything is in one place and it's great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just know that everything will not work seamlessly all the time. We use PandaDoc with CRM, there are glitches that at times are pretty frustrating. But it's nothing a little patience and troubleshooting doesn't fix.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to spend hours on every proposal and contract, and it was a huge waste of time. As an entrepreneur, I had to get more efficient. With PandaDoc, it takes minutes to tweak and send my contracts and proposals. Life changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I’d love more customization and branding capabilities. But it’s sufficient for now.

Saving common templates for contracts and proposals

What do you like best about the product?
Undoubtedly PandaDoc is a great software, and what I like the most is to be able to link other softwares with this one in order to speed up our sales process by providing the best experience, its library features, contacts and templates are excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more power of personalization, I like how your design is but I do not rule out the possibility of improving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The monitoring, analysis and all sales processes have changed for the better, PandaDoc has linked with each part of our company to improve the way we work, there are no complaints in that part, it meets all the requirements.
