PandaDoc has helped us standardize and minimize paper.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of sending out regular documents has been great. The new collaboration features are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to get PDF versions to align up just right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitates our sales process. It's great for getting out a quick NDA. Our HR department also is streamlined as we use it for employee agreements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are sending out a lot of contracts and in an industry that uses email heavily PandaDoc is a great resource.
PandaDoc is always Reliable and Easy to use for Client's who have never used such a product before!
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and Intuitive interface. Easy to learn and understand. Great features that allow me to draft a Contract in our in-house Software and immediately upload/import it into PandaDoc so it shows up just like I need it to!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky transferring over ownership of one account to another when I have employees leave. Thankfully, there is a built in Chat platform that allows me to ask PandaDoc Support for assistance getting everything moved over!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have Clients sign right away and cut-down on the lag time between sending contracts out in the mail/scheduling meetings to have them signed. It has increased our Booking/Closing rate immensely!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that in a few minutes I can create and brand new contract for a brand new client, and track in real time if they've opened it, signed it and what pages they've read.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product table for adding and calculating is a little restrictive even though it adds a fantastic feature to contracts

Grammer and spelling issues. Time saving on writting new contracts.

PandaDoc includes a Deep Integration with SugarCRM.

There are some Nice-To-Have features that are on their roadmap but not yet available.

Providing an easy to use, HTML based presentation layer for my customers to review and sign proposals and to securely collect credit card details.

We have been using PandaDoc for about a year now, we love the templates and the online presentation side of it. The tokens which pull info from our CRM save us time when we are preparing proposals and help us get them back to our leads quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could customize the layouts and text a little more than we are able to. There is only a limited text editor feature for blocks of text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This saves us from recreating multiple proposals and using Word for everything.

Great Product - Some Key Features Still Missing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the document builder features. The structure they gave to the product with the Templates and the content library I think is very useful because it lets you slightly change each document on specific sections which is something that happens a lot. I mean, templates work as a baseline document and then you can have multiple content library items that you pull in when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are key features that I feel are missing. Nonetheless I have spoken to them several times and they've said to me that all of the features I mentioned are already on the roadmap of the product, in fact they delivered one of those in the last update. Things like document signature deadline, live collaborative document editing, task/comment assignment to other team members when building a document. Those three are the key missing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The one thing we are solving is the way we are building and sending out comercial proposals. With Pandadoc we have everything organized and all the documents in the proper folders, so you can go back to them easily and see what's happing with the document. Also all the different templates already built in makes it very easy for the sales reps to build proposals in no-time.
Additionally the Human Resources Department is using Pandadoc for employee documentation. We've been using it as the formal company's employee documentation platform and it's been great.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The most important part of the process is to create the content library and the templates before sending the sales reps into it. Otherwise they'll sing in and won't know what to do. That was important for me during the on-boarding. Additionally don't forget to integrate it to other tools like your CRM.

4. Proposal Templates: Sales reps can save a tone of time by creating and using proposal templates.
5. CRM integration: Auto-populates customer information from contact, account, lead and opportunity records from your CRM system.

It can be a little pricey for small digital marketing agencies but you can definitely get an ROI based on the time saved.

This is by far the best proposal solution for digital marketing agencies.
