Great at what it does
What do you like best about the product?
Makes creating templates and sending contracts easy and fast
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no easy way to void a contract or resend one. Would be nice if it had a one button void and resend options, but it's buried about 3 steps in. Only way to resend is to edit the current contract and go through 3 steps to send again, or go through 3 different steps to send the signer a "reminder" email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changed over from DocuSign. Makes it easier to generate and costs less

Definitely worth looking into, makes it easy to send contracts and track progress
Good for basic document signing
What do you like best about the product?
I have experience using DocuSign, and to me they seem very similar in functionality, although PandaDoc is cheaper. We use this for all sorts of documents (contracts, implementation guides) and it's very helpful to see progress (eg. when they've viewed the document).
What do you dislike about the product?
Their upload field only allows 1 file. So, if you are uncertain how many files your recipient may want to upload, you'd need infinite upload fields, which is not appealing. Also, if you want to change a word on the document file, you have to redo all of the fields, which is very time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More insights into the progress of a document signing. Also, avoiding printed papers for signatures. Very helpful in those two regards
PandaDoc is good, not great
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful with organizing documents, but it isn't always easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't set up like a normally document would be. You have to guess the sizes of the fonts when you choose the headers or main body. You also have to guess what font it is. Not user friendly but you get used to it. Sometimes it glitches and it won't allow you to move certain blocks to where you want them to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing professional documents, allows me to create multiple templates to choose from.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Panda Doc makes to to generate contracts and invoices in a clean fashion without the need of formatting or taking time to make it look nice. They also have an E signature feature that makes it easy to keep track of closed deals!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the prices, but other than that, Panda Doc is a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Panda Doc Were able to generate Contracts and quotes for our clients and easily be able to keep track of our contacts in one place. While we’re doing that, we can just email the file for it to be e signed!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Panda Doc to automate a lot of your task, from generating invoices to sampling contacts together! It’s great and simple to use.
Great templates and professional documents
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a great and powerful app! I love how there are dozens of ready to use templates for your business that make your company look professional!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the pricing system, they’re really pricy at the end of the day!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Panda Doc we’re able to generate new contract for clients with a click of a button, we’re also able to keep track of signatures and proposals for our sales team!

You don’t have to be a lawyer to draft up quality proposals because PandaDoc Already has them for you! It’s a great resource and I recommend it to everyone!
A great solution for creating and organizing sales documents
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is excellent for carrying budgets, due to its automated quoting tools, and its system for creating customizable brands. Pandadoc also allows us to create and manage catalogs in the case of online stores and allows to manage price lists. You can work on it without having to connect to the internet and allows to handle electronic signatures. The user interface is clean and makes things easy for us to find and use. There are also many great document templates provided for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc's online billing is quite limited by not being able to manage unforeseen expenses, mobile payments, or project billings. For the configured budgeting, the PandaDoc platform should almost always be integrated into some electronic commerce management tool, since it does not allow the configuration of product data in inventories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With PandaDoc, we can handle documents of all kinds, including work notes, proposals, contribution certificates, human resources documents, and much more. In addition, the creation of these only requires a few clicks. We can use templates and copies of our older documents to create new files to work with. The PandaDoc platform has provided us with a way access information at any time or place since it runs directly in the cloud. We don't have to worry as much about transmitting documents to each other for meetings and discussions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is recommended to use PandaDoc for the inclusion of digital signatures in your business contracts and other relevant documents, since they can work even from their mobile access. These can be added to the registers, and serve for the authentication of documents. It is also recommended to manage contract life cycles, and to edit workflows.
Very Flexible with the new Editor2.0
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadocs has great standalone functionality, from importing existing documents to creating templates from scratch, to a content library, and it's very easy to use. We also trailed proposify, proposible and getaccept, with pandadocs winning for all-round usability. The integration with PipeDrive is critical with Pandadocs populated from Pipedrive, rather than the other way round being a strong differentiator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Editor2.0 is a great enhancement, there are still some functionality from 1.0 that needs migrating, and there is no timeline available to see when these will be released. It would be great to be able to whitelabel the docs at a lower entry point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automation, automation, automation - yes, it takes a while to set up the templates, but once done (and with a bit of trial and error for CX purposes) then professional, accurate, engaging documents autopopulated from our central CRM, reflects the professional, accurate and engaging nature of our business, while saving time.
Pandadoc is the best option when handling important documents
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc has a large capacity, so the number of documents with which you can work is quite high. This platform centralizes audit records very well for easy access. In addition, it allows us to track the progress of our work through a function of tasks that can simply be marked as performed, to bring better control. We really liked the templates that are predetermined to create different types of documents, since they adapt easily to our business need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc sometimes tends to be slow, depending on the bandwidth with which you are working, so it is easy to deduce that you do not have much capacity to work on it from small accesses. A problem with mobile access is that it is constantly closed arbitrarily, and you can not recover all of the documents lost due to errors, only those that were saved as drafts. Your access without internet connection is quite limited.

Since the use of pandadoc, the handling of electronic signatures in working documents has improved considerably. It has also been possible to cover more fields regarding the handling of payment demands, forms, and presentations, since pandadoc allows to work with all these documents and much more. Your Dashboard makes it very easy to orient yourself, and check the progress of our work from a single screen. It has also benefited our file conversion, because this process takes less time.

Pandadoc is simply amazing. Pandadoc is a recommended software to create and manage all kinds of written files, because it is extremely versatile. It is recommended to track electronic signatures, and to control file versions more accurately. It is highly recommended for the ease that it shows when handling the version records of each file.
Pandadoc delivers great convenience when managing documentation

Its process tracking tool for tasks allows us to always keep track of their progress. Pandadoc offers a varied and dynamic workflow management, which can be managed even without the need to be connected to the internet. We like that it allows to work the processes of payment of comfortable way, and that its file converter shows fast results. In addition, it has an excellent contacts and documents manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not completely convinced of his mobile income, since it has been quite uncomfortable to work on it. Another problem is that your file conversion system usually stops only while you are working. Also, this function takes too long to load. Another problem is that the electronic signature function does not allow tracking.

With pandadoc we have greatly optimized the way we manage our information in the cloud. Its integration to Dropbox makes it easier to host documents in the cloud, and create backups of them. We recommend pandadoc to better manage payment processes, and to categorize large databases. With pandadoc it is quite feasible to carry out guided sales, and to manage budgets within the documents. What do you like best about the product?
We like it to be so easy to perform audit records within the pandadoc platform, since we can prioritize them at full convenience. It seems to us that its tracking function for the progression of each task (task) is detailed and easy to outline. We also like very much the great variety of templates for documents that you have, they are very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its mobile access has several drawbacks, such as closing itself when trying to make content repository, or when working with heavy documents. There are also problems with some integrations, which do not allow you to synchronize information correctly (for example, several of the Google services). Your Dashboard is disorganized, and by not being divided into different functions makes it slow to work on it sometimes.

With pandadoc our work has become much more practical, thanks to the possibility of entering the platform without having to be connected to the internet. Its extensive variety of templates has saved us a lot of time, as well as its guided sales management tool. The fact that the platform saves the latest versions of each file has helped us recover information lost due to errors.

We recommend it for the creation of all kinds of sales statistics. It is also excellent for managing and automating workflows, and for indexing documents. We recommend it to handle payment requests, document reviews, and to convert files to different formats.
