Great application that brings great productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
One of our main commercial problems is to generate proposals easily and fast using the PandaDoc's library.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be the question form creation functionality whose answers would already include their library block in the document.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it integrates with SalesForce! This is crucial for cutting down on manual input of information on our application documents. The automated reminder emails help our customers return applications so much quicker and being able to control the due dates of documents gives us full control of our sales funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document sending process seems like it has a bug. I can't go straight from editing a due date to sending. When I pick the days for the document to be live, it kicks me back to the document then I have to click on Send and through my message again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using PandaDoc gives us the ability to create urgency in our sales process and makes our customers realize we have hard headlines. Before PandaDoc, applications were never returned on time and sometimes not returned at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot! The price is reasonable for the return you'll see in your business. We never had such a strong closing rate before switching to PandaDoc.

The interface are very user friendly. The dashboard is useful. The ability to save templates and use again in new opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be better if you could copy and paste parts of the documents in new documents. The more it have the same facilities of word (to insert images and videos) the better.

Standardization of proposals for clients. Print off easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is awful, you are roped into a year contract and then they abandon you and when you try and get your money back for the awful experience they keep you locked in for the year.

None it's just a little faster than our previous software

Great Contract & E-Signing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of e-signing & payments (via Stripe)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sections take a minute to get used to, but are very convenient once you master them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDoc for all our contracts. The sections-based interface makes it easy to swap pieces in and out of agreements as needed, the tracking is excellent, and the integrations with Stripe and PipeDrive make it an excellent addition to our tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it is so easy to use yet the result is super professional. The e-signature saves a ton of time and helps the environment :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel the cost of the tool is quite expensive and wish there might be other options like a basic, classic and advanced package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before PandaDoc proposal and quotes were boring and messy to put together. We now are able to send out professional documents using the details from Pipedrive CRM with just 1 click!
Panda Docs is great overall, but could use some improvements.
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop interface for building document templates is very helpful. The interface is simple and now too difficult to learn how to use. Also, the chat-based customer support was really nice. We were able to resolve issues that came up during use related to the interface quickly via the chat support service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues with some interface bugs early on related to re-naming documents and having content I added disappear upon refresh. This hasn't been consistent, but it made my team feel like the interface was a little buggy. Also, the billing department over-billed us and it required several phone calls and emails to correct the issue. I generally prefer it when companies allow you to manage your own billing plan and make changes on the fly through the admin portal, but with PandaDocs everything has to go through a rep, so resolving issues is a bit slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are generating contracts for our consulting projects and they include an internal approval workflow as well as client signatures.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider how many documents will be created in a month and what formats they have and try to build as many templates upfront as possible.
