Superb Online Document Management & E-Signing
What do you like best about the product?
The document analytics are a great way to confirm delivery and visualise customer pain points. The integration with our FreshSales CRM is seamless and personalised documents can be automatically created within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic usage report exporting should be provided on any package, exporting reports for management requires an upgrade from our existing package, however not feasible currently on our budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposals are accepted, signed and returned completed typically in days, where the previous manual process used to typically takes weeks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good alternative to DocuSign and Adobe Sign

What do you like best about the product?
My agency uses PandaDoc to make proposals. I use it every single day. It does everything we need. Sign & Pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm really not sure what to say here, I really like PandaDoc and all the features. I haven't needed anything additional in years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily and proposals and documents. Quickly create new proposals from templates. Organize and track deals pending. Collecting payment once proposal is signed. It's easy to quickly add a stripe connection and eliminate another human interaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. Being able to create templates and quickly add contacts to a document from a contact list is so easy, collect payments and get notified once people pay, its amazing.
Better than DocuSign!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use. Customers love it. It is so simple, my 7-year old daughter could use it to sign and send docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It is customizable, templates can be created, documents can be uploaded. It works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to send new clients a service agreement at least 2-3 times a week for them to sign. PandaDoc allows us to send these electronically. Clients don't have to print, sign, and return. Everybody wins.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare and contrast with DocuSign. I promise this one is much much better. Also, make sure to create templates that you can upload. That will make your life so much easier and there is less of a chance that your employees will somehow mess it up. Foolproof I'd say.

I live using Pandadoc for ease of use and their founder's commitment towards making eaiser to sign digital papers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much that I dislike, its jsut that it is a little expensive for smaller companies, especially when you are not American, in Asia 500$ is a lot, so please consider country wise pricing.

Pandadoc is easy to navigate and very clean and organized. Good search functionality and templates.

Sometimes panda doc login was a bit funny but I worked around it by always logging in through google.

We use pandadoc for sharing service level agreements - it's quick and easy to collect signatures

I like PandaDoc because I can create templates and organize a document management during the sales process. In addition to allowing me to manage content and product catalogs with great proposals of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more designs to be presented since it is usually a bit limited and more user friendly. It would also be helpful to establish the edition of collaboration documents.

We are using a great tool such as PandaDoc to generate proposals and declarations of work to our clients, giving us an important analysis of new client proposals according to the service.

PandaDoc really works very well offering you the best solution in organizations of any kind and especially easy to implement with other software and creating the best work proposals. It is perfect for the development of multiple generations of catalogs and documents.
Better control over information management and customer contact.
What do you like best about the product?
The file building features are what I like best. I think it is useful because it helps you to modify that document slightly in certain areas, and this happens a lot because of its layout with the Templates and the material library.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues like the deadline for signing documents, editing of live joint papers, assigning assignments to other team members when they generate a report. Those three are the main features that are absent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about PandaDoc is the way to build and apply business proposals. We don't have to think about the file by using PandaDoc all structured and all of the files in the correct folders. In particular, the models incorporated are easy to build offers fast for the sales representative.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To order to get a good idea to set up models, content etc, I would suggest using the trial period. Your customer service with PandaDoc is also very efficient.
PandaDoc the professional way to interact with clients
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has a large capacity, so the number of documents that can be worked with is quite high. This platform centralizes control records very well for easy access. Additionally, it allows us to monitor the progress of our work through an activity feature that can be simply marked as completed, to offer better control. We greatly appreciated the predefined templates for creating different types of documents, as they easily adapt to our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its mobile access has several drawbacks, such as closing when attempting to create a content repository or when working with heavy documents. There are also issues with some integrations, which do not allow you to properly synchronize information (for example, many of Google's services). Your Dashboard is disorganized and, not being divided into different functions, sometimes slows down work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to engage and interact with sales documents without the need to perform embedded coding, database creation, or anything else highly technical. I can put together a wide range of sales documents based on professional-looking templates, so I don't always have to start from scratch. When the viewer looks at the document, I can obtain interaction data on when they viewed certain documents and for how long. This helps me assess their interest in my presentation and allows me to follow up at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
During the research, we discovered that it offered all the capabilities we needed without the crazy cost that other competitors charged. We were not disappointed and have two accounts for both of our companies.

What do you like best about the product?
With the simple option of having several ways to create different types of documents, even your file converter makes my work much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don`t really understand if the problem about the web version that closes unexpectedly is because of my device or because of web issues itself, very unpleasant the truth.

Underwhelming Features
What do you like best about the product?
It’s one of the few that have a quoting/contracting integration to HubSpot. Software is easy enough to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Claimed Configure/Price/Quote functionality is incredibly underwhelming at best. Not much to configure except adding rows of data and subtotaling, difficult to configure recurring revenue options.
The Editor 2 experience is much better than first, although does not have feature parity as explained. However there are features in 2 that aren’t in 1, etc.
The Redlining “functionality” is only available on Enterprise version, paid annually. Except, all it is, is enables your countersigner to download a DOC version, hope they turn track changes on, then hope they upload back to you.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wanted to find a system integrated with our HubSpot Sales Enterprise, that would enable us to configure quotes for our products based on multiple levers. The proposal generation was also key, as we use ValueSelling framework and extensively deliver content via documents that need to be interactive. Lastly, needed a contract generator based on chosen levers, to configure the contract as needed and be available for redlining or online editing, as to not track a ton of copies.
