PandaDoc as completely changed our internal proposal and contract process, for the better!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have several different templates, creates less work up-front on creating different documentation required for on-boarding employees, new clients, business proposals, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows for documents are tied to the template setup, in certain situations having the ability to create a workflow for a specific document or requirements would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us improve and eliminate the resource time previously spent on creating business proposals and client contracts in tools not easily editable (Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, etc). The tool is simple to use for all levels of technical ability that grants us more flexibility internally.

Audit trail of the document, video linking in the document

Link with Salesforce could be better, tools for checking grammar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Entire document creation in panda docs for customers, understanding audit history of documents whether the customers has read the document and the time which he has spend on the document
Simple and intuitive.

The ease of use of PandaDoc. I can create and send proposals very efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the PandaDoc is not received by the person I send it to. I realize this is probably a problem with their email settings or account and not a PandaDoc issue, but it's the only one I encounter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an easy and efficient way for clients to agree to and sign agreements quickly. Knowing when they open and sign is also a major benefit.

It is a very easy to use solution.

Pandadoc makes the contact editing & revising process so easy.

Our client base didn't accept and enjoy the new contract process. We decided to eliminate our contract process. Pandadoc made the process more efficient and showed us that the process itself may not be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We thought making the contract process from draft to sign would increase the number of contracts signed. However we found that if we eliminated the process it makes it easier.
A good e-signature service for mid and small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is to no surprise - service! Support team is always there to solve any issue or answer array of questions on how to fix or complete this or that.
Moreover, I love the client-oriented approach and Customer Meetings to collect feedback and draft new features based on my personal pain as a user.
The service has flexible functionality list with version 2. Although I'm still using version 1 as human beings are lazy to adopt and there's still room for improvement.

What do you dislike about the product?
No mobile adaptation in the new version. That was a big issue for my CEO who 's mobile-first in all his operations. Thus, we switched to version 1 which meets our needs ideally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pandadoc mainly to get it countersigned by both legal sides (us and our clients or business partners). Alongside, our sales team creates templates for different kinds of Business Proposal, Pricing quotes to send over to leads and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend Pandadoc as a perfect solution for other SMB Sales teams as ours to send over hundreds of proposals per month and e-sing agreements in no time.
I know the guys are really custom-oriented, invited me to Customer Day and regularly touch base with me on feature requests.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Efficiency, Follow up, Integration, Reporting, Sales tracking, Sales managing, Detailed Sales process steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point there is nothing that I do not like. Anything that has come up or questioned we have been able to contact PandaDoc and have them assist us with any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out biggest problem was following up on quotes. The integration between HubSpot and PandaDoc has stream lined our process and brought our closing ratio to an all time high at a company in business for over 30 years. We have also been able to review our sales pipeline in detail and receive more of an accurate sales forecast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is no question a huge tool for any sales team! I would require this application for any sales team that I manage. The reporting ability and tags make it very easy for a manager to review the sales pipeline. I can not imagine going back to quoting the way our company used to before PandaDoc. Their sales team and tech support have been very helpful and quick to respond. I would have to say that the live chat is a huge help for me and also my sales team that has the ability to ask quick questions about PandaDoc.

Artyom Did a fantastic job answering all questions at any time of day. He was quick, courteous, and professional.

We had no real issues. There was a bit of a learning curve, yet that's to be expected in any new tool.

Removing the need for wet signatures and faxed contracts

Excellent product and easy to setup and use. Very Innovative
What do you like best about the product?
The applications is very easy to sign up for and use. It greatly reduced the amount of paper we use in our organisation and increased the speed at which clients sign up for the process due the fact that they can sign-up on mobile or desktop with minimal data costs.
Panda Doc also roll out upgrades and updates to the platform so it gets better over time. Would highly recommend for any business.

Not Applicable. At this stage there are no real shortcomings we have identified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly generate proposal/contracts for potential clients and we have integrated this with Hubspot to make it even easier to pull in personalized information on the proposal/quote/contract.
