Best smart all-in-one sales document maker
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop editor enabled me to create a very impressive sales document. The best feature of this Panda Doc is the single-click upload. I don't have to search for the numbers and quotes, it is all mentioned under interactive tabs. It is a very helpful software.
Dashboard of PandaDoc has a simple User Interface. All the documents you have prepared so far will be in one place. There is even one mobile application to track whether your document has been viewed, opened and signed.
It is very cost effective than other CPQ software in the market - $9 a month solves all my documents issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest, there is nothing which I don't like about Panda Doc. Since I am into marketing, within few clicks I was able to prepare a beautiful quote for my client.
I like to use the desktop version than the mobile version. Since most of the documents are stored in my laptop, it is easier for me to upload the attachments from my system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is not just a simple PDF maker, It is more than that! Now I can get notifications about when my document was viewed, opened and signed by my client.
Another feature which I like about PandaDoc is the creative editing tool. The simplistic designing tool can help you add media - photos and videos, case studies, research paper and other supporting documents.
It is a all-in-one solution for sales members to create proposals, quotes, contracts, e-signatures and payments.

Contracts made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the modern look and feel of the software and contracts. Not only that, but the drag and drop features make everything so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I pretty much like everything about it - the only thing I'd change is to allow reminder emails to be sent at the lower level membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using PandaDoc to have new and renewing clients sign their contracts with me as well as have my staff and contractors complete important paperwork.

Try it out!
Wouldn't use anything else, really easy to personalise in seconds.
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty, personalised, able to save large texts of information for each product and swap around as needed. Sends reminders to prospects, and you can schedule these when you'd like/more or less often if needed. Tracking around open times, how long they are online. Able to watch as the client signs! Would never go back to other products. Also imports crucial info from Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a discount is really difficult, I usually just do a whole new one, instead of editing the previous one I have. Sometimes when added the discount doesn't actually apply to the total.

Better closing.

Definitely purchase, I always recommend to clients and friends

The speed to get a customer quote out had increased. This has lead to more quotes being signed in less time.

Easy to use platform, intuitive and fast. We use the same platform to all documentation with our vendors contracts and agreements.I love how easy is to make the template.

Can be confusing at the beginning when setting templates

I really like being able to add additional documents or uploading new materials if there is an edit or change to the original copy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our contracts get hung up in the recipient's spam folder. If I don't follow up soon after, it isn't always returned as quickly as we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had PandaDoc, we had a heck of a time trying to get contracts signed because they were Google Docs transformed into PDFs. Since PandaDoc, our contracts are being signed in minutes!

I recommend having an individual seat for each sales rep you have in the organization.
Extremely Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is so simple that I figured out how to create a template, customize it with CSS, define workflow rules, and start using a new proposal on the first day that I started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a new version of PandaDoc that allows certain functionality, but you have to pay a fee to get upgraded, in addition to paying a higher monthly cost. This doesn't make sense to me and makes me feel taken advantage of as a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting MSAs signed is super easy. It saves a lot of time.
Love PandaDoc for writing marketing proposals
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be easily integrated with different platforms such as stripe, Mailchimp and square.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for the payment integrations to let me edit a more customizable amount for the proposal for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has allowed me to send proposals for my marketing agency and my customers and my team love it. Before I had to type all my proposals now I just save my template and edit depending on the client.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ease of generating proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want data on the proposal signed vs unsigned. I want to to know what types of proposals people sign, time of day, do I close more that have discounts etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to produce proposals much faster and track when people open it so I know when to call them.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is very easy to use. I like that it saves my contacts

I do not like that there is no way to mark as won.

I have been able to solve keeping all my contacts in one placed. A benefit I see is keeping quotes in one place and easy to search.
