PandaDoc has greatly increased my efficiency.
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has allowed me to hire applicants and sign all employment documents without having to meet in person. This is a top priority with the Corona virus going on at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could send groups of documents or combine documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to scale my hiring process while being able to social distance.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is very easy to use, making my job easier. I love that it includes the signature of all participants one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to click on the signer's name everytime if there is only one signer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, it was very difficult to obtain signatures. This helped in assuring everyone stays safe while I was also able to meet deadlines.
Perfect solution for my needs
What do you like best about the product?
I have some basic doc esigning needs that didn't need major encryption. The free account allows me to send the doc for signature and then download and print. Since this application was specific for me, I liked the fact that I have all my needs met and wasn't required to upgrade. If my company needs to do esignatures company-wide, I will definitely recommend PandaDoc. Support was very responsive to my questions and helped me troubleshoot connectivity issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to resend via email from the app if the signature hasn't been completed. Right now, I have to copy a link and create a new email in my email app. Not a major issue, but this minor change would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do Love-Encore deliveries for my Subaru dealership. When COVID-19 hit, we needed to be able to get a doc signed for a service normally done in person only. I was easily able to set up the doc and send out for signature after my online meeting with my customer.
PandaDoc really helped speed up the process for signing our docs.
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc was so easy to be able upload my own document and add the various signature elements

The Support of the product is awesome though they are very fast when using the chat function regardless of what time, very attentive and the follow-=up is brilliant.

What do you dislike about the product?
Just wish they would allow to change a signatory without having to start again, or be able to change an email address on the fly.
Did have an issue trying to have system allow the signer to forward emails, but they are looking to fix.

We have now been able to get docs out to our players and their parents and have back within a matter of days and not constantly chasing or reprinting lost files.

Incredibly flexible with amazing integrations
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has tons of integrations so you can pretty much do what you want in any automation. We used it for proposals, contracts, NDA's etc and it works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for API access and some automations can be quite high, but if the value to your business (in time saved) is big enough then this shouldn't be an issue.

The ease of use and comprehensiveness of the system is what we liked best in PandaDoc. The integrations, simplicity and straightforward UI is great. The support also has been helpful most of the times I contacted them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a few times, their support/customer service team has responded quite late to my queries. Additionally, the document formatting in PandaDoc is not something I'm a fan of. Can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows premade templates so I can just fil lin the key information, which is then populated through the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing of spreadsheet or pricing tables in PandaDoc is a bit of a pain and doesn't seem like it is as easy or intuitive as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us save 75% of time when making a proposal as we can choose from the pre-made templates, and then just edit the few specific pieces of information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can have multiple users per each log-in, allowing large cost savings by purchasing one or two seats and sharing log-in information.

Being able to put together quotes, proposals and contracts quickly has allowed us to cut down "admin time" to a minimum. Plus, prospects are impressed with our professionally-looking business documents.
Pandadoc: reliable document review
What do you like best about the product?
Within Pandadoc we can manage different types of textual documents, not only reports: we can also create and distribute invoices, contracts, budgets, catalogs, among others, which is very useful in the execution of guided sales processes, discounts, and even of demands. Basically Pandadoc can be used to administer on a large scale any process involving one or more documents of some kind.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to the application of currencies, Pandadoc shows problems, since it does not have a system that automatically calculates the value of any currency within the documents, and that said value can be exchanged after having a predetermined template. The software also does not allow to be specific enough with the optical reading of characters in those documents that are not text, but of images scanned from some external source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the performance of our reporting processes is no longer a problem, since Pandadoc streamlines and allows us to customize each of the document editing stages that we decide to have. The main advantage of Zendesk is that it can be oriented towards team collaboration, as it is software that facilitates the processes of sharing information, makes it possible for everyone involved to interconnect with each other and obtain a better file flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pandadoc is recommended to better manage the life cycle of working documents, and so that it is not necessary to create them from scratch, offering us different templates that we can edit at any time. It is also recommended to authenticate electronic signatures.
PandaDoc - Good service
What do you like best about the product?
Software development is the specialty of mine, therefore I've a great deal of documents that I've to read and sign for the clients of mine. For a number of individuals it is not hard to get a printer, however sometimes it takes so long to print out a document, scan it, sign it, and then transfer it to the group with a random folder stuck to their hard drive.At PandaDoc we've created guides for each of the legal papers of ours and with a number of button clicks you are able to send them straight to the signer that could send it to us carefully mounted in a folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing wouldn't adore about PandaDocs, it makes document deletion easier and much more apparent, though I would actually love to fool folks into you use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend a long time planning for my future business. It had taken some time to implement, but today it is saving us a great deal of time in the end.

PandaDoc is truly a great advertising proposal program which allows us to look a lot more professional and provide long term contracts.
