Very customerfriendly

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is for the signer to sign a document. PandaDoc helps us to be more customerfriendly. It also has a lot of nice features, even in the free version such as placeholder to let them fill in information.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have the free version of PandaDoc, creating the documents takes some time. For example, on most documents I need initials on every page. This means I have to drag and drop 'initials' on every page again. It would be a nice to feature to be able to drop initials on every page at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved the problem of printing, signing and scanning. This is a long and useless process that is overcome with PandaDoc. The threshold to sign is way lower with PandaDoc.

Repetitive tasks are difficult to complete using the Free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out offer letters and other basic docs are very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider investing in the paid version if you have more than 5 docs per month.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, tracking of signature process
What do you dislike about the product?
slow speed of duplicating and moving signatures. Sending the email from Panda doesn't also keep it out of spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
School closed for students and parents. This allows me to send contracts and get them signed quickly. Allows parents to travel and complete.

Great alternative to more expensive options

Polished Proposals - Sometimes difficult to configure

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is useful for sales reps if you first create templates that will be used over and over. I like that we are able to use existing PDF files that have been created by our marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires knowledge of CSS in order to configure the styling of the templates beyond entering info in specific fields. Sometimes it can be difficult to adjust. There are some pricing table limitations that can be frustrating. It's also easy for your instance to become disorganized as reps are constantly creating and cloning documents, organization isn't a strong feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before PandaDoc, we generated our quotes through a homegrown system, and they weren't very polished or easy to look at/understand. With PandaDoc, we are able to include additional information in proposals all within the same document. This helps when you have multiple decision makers that haven't been able to see a demo or have an understanding of your offering.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend involving your design team when first setting up PandaDoc and do as much front loading of assets as possible. Once your sales team is using the program, it's not likely that they will push for or do a lot of configuration.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates are very easy to create and reuse. Then we just create all of our documents off of one or two of those templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. We haven't set up the connection to Hubspot so that would be nice but the workflow and how things are done in PandaDoc is great. The only thing I can bring up is that there have been a couple of instances where the contract from PandaDoc went to a customer's spam folder, that was probably something on their end though, and not to do with PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send our sales contracts through PandaDoc. It makes the process of getting a contract signed very easy for the customer, so far we haven't had any issues with customers having questions about how to do it or anything like that.

Great for streamlining our prospecting!

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been great to streamline our prospecting! We can easily send proposals and contracts. The best part is that we can add customization for our proposals so prospects can easily select the package they are interested in. Better yet, it send reminders to complete the document, so we don't need to follow up. It also integrates with our CRM, PipeDrive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it has been working great for us so far!

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with HubSpot is of huge value to me. Love that you can create templates just once, and when you use them all the client data is pulled through.

Also, the eSignature process is so easy and clear (I have tried so many tools before). Love it

Still discovering, but so far nothing I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSignatures, proposals, sales quotes... all straightforward and able to build into my business workflows.

Document storage and a dashboard that shows me at a glance what stage(s) my proposals, etc, are at...and any $ value associated with that.
