Easy Contract Editing, but Mandatory Fields Are a Hassle

The ease of editing a contract makes for swift information implementation.

The time it takes to fill out all the fields and lack of automation there.

Efficient Document Automation with PandaDoc, but Customization Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PandaDoc is its seamless document automation and user-friendly interface. It streamlines proposal, contract, and agreement creation, while enabling e-signatures, real-time collaboration, and analytics. The platform saves time, reduces errors, and enhances professionalism, making document workflows more efficient and impactful for businesses of any size.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of PandaDoc is its occasional pricing complexity and limited customization for certain templates, which can be restrictive for businesses with very specific branding needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves the challenges of manual document creation, approval delays, and inefficient e-signatures. It benefits me by streamlining workflows, saving time, reducing errors, enabling real-time collaboration, and ensuring professional, organized, and easily trackable proposals and contracts.
Efficient Document Signing, but Rising Costs Are a Concern
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send documents for signatures, getting approvals by email or even text. This eliminates the need for wet signatures in person increasing efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost has increased quite substantially in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling higher level executives ability to review and approve documents at their convenience without having to physically look through paperwork. Supporting our company with it's going green initiative.
PandaDoc Review
What do you like best about the product?
I was recently tasked to create a NDA for one of my clients and was researching the best tools to do that and Voila - found PandaDoc. It is very easy to use. Simply login and begin creating. As simple to implement as that. Can create all sort of documents and e-sign them then they can be integrated as part of mail and shared. Im definitely going to use this daily and recommend adopting it full fledged in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fields where it requires editing like like name field, sign field, address field are pre-marked and very easy to edit. Super useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document creation using word is not always very easy so third party tools like this becomes very necessary for creating docs easily and sharing.
Out with the old,,,,, IN WITH THE NEW!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I became aware of PandaDoc working at my previous job. When I started my new job, I quickly became the best employee by showing my new company how PandaDoc can save them time and money. Before , they would have to travel to get our applicants their applications and get copies of their picture I.D.'s and SSN card. Not anymore!! It was almost like magic!!! Application signed , copies of their required documentation done within minutes!! I definitely have a job here at my new company for a very long time!!! Thank You PandaDoc!!

There is absolutely "NO" downside to PandaDoc

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has adapted well to my business requirements, providing a structure that suits the needs of our approvers. The platform streamlines the process, making it easy for users to save time while still reaching their objectives. Its integration with our CRM further enhances efficiency, as it eliminates the need to repeatedly enter the same information, helping us make the most of our time.
The ability to have E-signature baked into our contract tool truly is a major improvement.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complain is the lack of a custom object being default created with the integration with out CRM that would make it much easier to streamline changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc enables our business users to track the progress of contracts and provides clear workflows to ensure that no details are overlooked. The e-signature feature makes the entire process straightforward and easy to complete, and it integrates seamlessly with our CRM.

Not anything really, except ometimes things dont link between pandadoc and hubspot like i wish they would.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it was to set up PandaDoc initially, which made the transition smooth. The capability to get documents signed anywhere and anytime is invaluable for my business operations. I find the drag-and-drop feature for creating new documents particularly useful and efficient. I also like sending a covering email with documents, as it enhances my communication. The simplicity of use and clarity around charging make PandaDoc a preferred choice, indirectly reflecting transparency and user-friendly design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't use recipient details like their name, phone number, and email address when completing a form for signing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for getting documents signed anywhere anytime easily, benefiting my business with its ease of use and seamless document handling.
Couldn't imagine signing clients without using Pandadoc

Very easy to use, can rely on it to get signatures fast by lots of different people,
What do you dislike about the product?
None I can think of, maybe a bit of a learning curve when you first start but other than that nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
signing client proposals and letters of engagement, particularly helpful to get payment at the same time, via stripe but would be even more helpful if we collect payment via Wise also.
