Time & Paper Saver .... Efficient & Excellent Digital Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best things are : 1. We are now preparing all appointment letters on Pandadoc and getting digital signature so easily. 2. It has very user friendly interface which save time and effort. 3. Saves paper .
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. pricing should be more lucrative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the covid 19 pandemic PandDoc has helped to be paperless documentation + it improved our efficiency with lots of time and cost saving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for Digital Signature / Payment / Documents Management platform then you can trust on PandaDoc for sure.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows us to use it's full suite of tools to create awesome proposals and makes us more efficient in getting docs signed and stored.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything that they have not already thought of.

Creating personal proposals for each client, the ability to save templets and store our docs once received back from client.

I like how I can easily find everything in one place. Templating is simple.

There is not much that I dislike other than the currency option.

Time management when it comes to creating documents.

I would highly recommend it to any businesses looking for something to save on time. It helps us stay organized.

I like that it is not super complicated.

I wish building the price table was easier.

Contracts with Clients has improved my business. Using Pandadocs has made this process quicker and easier.
Closing on Sales Calls Because of PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use the proposals as presentations. During my business meetings, I present the actual proposal as the presentation, and when we get to the end is when I drop the price, and we can both sign on the call. It's made the closing process incredibly smooth and natural.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't share my proposal templates with people on other teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to create or spend too much time customizing my proposals any more. I can hop on PandaDoc five minutes before my meetings and have the proposal ready and custom to my audience.
The biggest benefit, I'd say, would have to be the templates. They're game changers. Oh - also, it automates the follow-up for me, which has been a huge game changer. The fact that proposals can also expire has helped me close more deals.

Really easy to use and works very well

Solves the problem of printing out and signing (then getting documents back)

Nothing - its brilliant. I haven't had any issues at all.

It's brilliant. I would highly recommend panda doc to anyone who need electronic signatures for their documents

I love the ease of how PandaDoc works. I can set it up for my reps and it just works. There is nothing complicated about it.

If I had everything I wanted the mobile app would be aligned with the web version so more could be done on the road.

Speed of quotes sent out is quicker than we use to be able to do. Customers sign quicker.

I like how easy it is to design templates and how easy it is for the recipients to sign them. Fast, easy and painless - that's our document signing process with PandaDoc and we love it! Also, excellent support!

Sometimes it's a bit difficult to understand the settings and find what I would like to customize, but it's not a big problem - support team always helps.
