Very pleased
What do you like best about the product?
How easy and effective it is. The email automaticly send out is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about it. Its very easy to lern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot, speeding up the process och closing a deal and that is very important for us.
If you need to do proposals or easy contracts, this is the application for you
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create proposal templates and a pricing grid with items. Copy save and edit. You can use this with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to associate with HubSpot only when document is in draft. Does not allow you to export in Word. If these two items were remedied, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to get proposals out in an hour or so, even when they are complex. Ability to get signed proposals quickly. Close transactions quickly and on a timely basis.
Makes Document Management so convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the application is the reason I like Panda Doc, unlike other programs which requires you to download additional features for an unreasonable price. The product offered by Panda Doc is very reasonably priced, ideal for a start-up or even for a larger corporate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about this product. I completely recommend PandaDoc over other market competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of getting client signatures and document management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I completely recommend PandaDoc with all your document management and drastically reduces the time spent on administrative work.
PandaDoc has eliminated barriers my clients face when trying to enroll them in housing programs
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility. My clients are able to see and sign documents without having to come to the office, which can be a barrier for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails that I receive =, viewing, opening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating barriers we face when trying to get homeless clients to show up to sign contracts, do intake, sign billing forms and ROI's.
It has been easy to use for myself and for my clients.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading and assigning fields to my clients to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was more user friendly on a phone without having my clients download the app to complete the paperwork.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting people where they are at and completing paperwork in a safe manner if they cannot make it into the office due to transportation etc.
Positive experience of using Pandadoc for T&C documents with business
What do you like best about the product?
I like how straightforward to use Pandadoc is and that even the free version has a lot of tools that you can use. It looks very professional to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part I dislike is how the writing seems a bit more grey if you choose not to convert to their own document style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using PandaDoc for getting T&C documents signed for clients. I have realised this looks professional and is easy for clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a professional-looking platform to use for getting documents signed by a few different parties, PandaDoc is the site to use. There is no watermark or anything that would ruin a document, just professional, easy to use software.
Love the automation and the ease

Integration with Zapier and the templates
What do you dislike about the product?
Payment integration was not intuitive in 2020.

Client onboarding, invoicing, agreements
Professional proposals at a fraction of the time
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc has massively helped to streamline our sales process and enabled us to deliver professional proposals and contracts at a fraction of the time. The integration with Pipedrive CRM works seamlessly and captures all of our quotes in one central location
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Pandadoc for almost a year and there really aren't any negatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc has increased sales efficiency, whilst also providing a professional, on brand template for all of our proposals
Very Happy with PandaDoc!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; HIPAA compliant. Click and drag technology
What do you dislike about the product?
Forms are SLOW on the turn-around time. I would like to see this faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send out intake paperwork to clients and be sure that it is HIPAA compliant.
Greedy company: Too expensive and won't provide same-day refund
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use. It is useful if you have the need to have clients sign contracts or any other electronic signature needs. I've used it for over 5 years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price and billing. It is too expensive for what it is. There are too many free versions to justify their paid prices, including their own. The only advantage I see to the paid version is saving a template, which is not necessary given the opportunity for workarounds. (I wouldn't mind paying if it were more reasonable for what it delivers).
My big beef of the moment is that I didn't get a renewal notice within 30 days of the annual renewal date (there was just one email about 45 days before that I overlooked because it didn't yet seem timely), and then I got $180 dinged on my credit card. I asked support, within an hour, to credit it back and cancel my account and they refused. It only confirms the greedy vibes I've always gotten from this company.

Digital signatures.
