We have been using Pandadoc since the beginning of Covid
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to conduct our law practice without missing a beat by using Pandadoc to retain clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are not the most intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to conduct business as usual remotely by utilizinf Pandadoc for client retainer agreements
PandaDoc is great for our business

There are only certain font sizes that you can use

I am currently not having any issues with PandaDoc. Like mentioned above, I enjoy the ease of the program
Easy Signing
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc had been easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can think of anything really at the moment.

Easy to sign contracts and therefore lessen the back and forth between signatories.

The convenience of the online platform and user-friendly dashboard are the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the occasional glitching.

The most pressing issue we faced as an organization is needing signatures on documents in a timely manner.

The ROI is well worth it.
Good, but could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can track analytics on the contracts - like if it's been viewed, for how long, etc. It has a helpful integration with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy and sometimes I have to restart it multiple times for it to cooperate.

Quick electronic signature for closing deals.
Challenging UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Salesforce integration from a workflow perspective
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you get into the template flow for fields, the UI becomes very challenging and time-consuming to edit fields and pass ownership rights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves its purpose for electronic signature.

There is nothing I dislike about Pandadoc

Making it very easy for customers to sign up and also for us to track what we've offered to different prospects
Free of charge, intuitive, and faster than print-sign-scan-email!
What do you like best about the product?
Obviously the best thing is that it's free of charge, but it's also super easy to use and very intuitive. Almost zero learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I can't think of anything I dislike about it. I'd even consider installing a desktop app, but the website works so well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperless office. So often docs are sent to me to print-sign-scan and email back. I just go straight to PandaDoc, import the doc, add the signature fields and send. Takes literally two minutes and saves paper!
A must-have tool for any business
What do you like best about the product?
There are all the things I need and so much more ! Being able to create proposals and bills within minutes and integrate Stripe in any document is so so cool. Since I started to use Pandadoc my clients always pay on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any cons. Maybe the content library could be faster and more accessible while editing a document. The Android app UX is great, but it's quite slow sometimes. Keep going guys !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted an all-in-one tool where I can create proposals and receive payments at the same place. This way when I get a new client they can directly pay, no more excuses.
Great for business
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use. I like how easy it is to upload a document and add all the fields needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now although I have not used all the features.

I am using it primarily to send documents for signature.
