Finally a great alternative to the big boys in document signing
What do you like best about the product?
Handles all basic electronic document signing needs in a very simple manner, yet offers users a good selection of functions, at a great/fair price versus the industry giants in this space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much is missing for basic document signing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primary use for us with PandaDoc is presentations and electronic signing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Offer a free trial and suggest trying it for the 14 days if there is any skepticism. We did and then proceeded using on an annual basis (currently in 2nd year)
Best app for signatures!
What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because it is very user-friendly, and best of all, the free version has everything we need!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I found was that I didn't like that my documents would expire after a specific amount of time if no signature was received. I did not find a way to reactivate the document once it expired, so it appears that you have to upload and start over once it expired. Perhaps I am wrong and didn't see where to reactivate for a signature without starting over?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving money each month by using this app over a previously paid app with the same features. I like that you can assign certain documents to team members as well.

PandaDoc has been a seamless experience for me with a very user friendly workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of PandaDoc is being able to see when people access the documents that you send. We use PandaDoc with SalesForce andf send our contracts through SF directly through the integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have had trouble with while using PandaDoc is end-user confusion. Sometimes they do not understand that accepting to view the document does not mean they are signing the contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using PandaDoc, I am streamlining the contract sending experience. I am no longer wondering if people have viewed what I send them. The benefits are a much faster close.

PandaDoc will streamline your push to close. It is an easy end-user experience and gives you visibility into when your documents are accessed, which allows you to gauge prospect interest.
I highly recommend this website to any company super easy to maneuver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy this website is to maneuver, no complications, super easy to fill out forms, and send forms out so much easier. I would highly recommend using this website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet, but I sometimes hear that the forms sent via email do not deliever. I'm not sure if that is a personal issue or a company issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
II am solving so many problems by sending out my forms via panda doc. I do not have to worry about safety issues as all signatures are online, and each party can do it from the comfort of their home.
Easy to use for customers and sales people
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which to create and send a contract for online signatures of them. It integrates with HubSpot to send direct from HubSpot CRM or can be used independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails to my customers go to spam or junk mail on the customer side which is very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote contract signatures so I don't have to be in front of them. And quick tirn around of getting signatures.

My experience with Panda Doc has been nothing short of easy, convenient and helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
I work with tenants and landlords daily, so getting documents signed, completed, and sent back is crucial for my job. Anyone to use this will find it helpful. 10/10 recrommend
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there was nothing I did NOT like. Everything I used worked nicely and smoothly, and it was easy for all those involved to use and understand how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that I have a higher amount of documents being signed due to the convenience and easiness of the program. As well as happy clients. I get people's rent paid, and that's because I get landlords to sign off on it using panda doc.
Great proposal and contract software
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of time we save on proposals is the best part of PandaDoc! Previously to using PandaDoc we used high-quality graphics files to assemble proposals, this took hours and was a very complex process that required special software. Due to the complexity, errors were common as well. PandaDoc was able to streamline this process into an easy to edit the template. We've lost none of the graphical complexity of our process, but we've shaved off hours of time, and been able to standardize documents like never before. It's really been a killer application for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our sales team have issues with the application running slowly, and PandaDoc support has not been able to fix or assist with this. The problem seems intermittent and is still vastly faster than the old process, so it's only a minor issue for us at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PanadaDoc to present proposals to our clients, and sign contracts, NDAs and other legal agreements. Virtually all of our needs int his area are covered by PandaDoc and we've realized countless hours of saved time as well as significant more efficient processes as well!
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use. Streamlines a process that used to take multiple steps into something that is now just a few minutes. Furthermore, the UX is fluid and simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with the product. Perhaps more templates could be added to the platform, but that's really being nitpicky. I'm certain the PandaDoc will continue to add more features and innovate as they have been already doing.

Streamlined process to quickly execute and organize contract workflow. The ability to also share documents seamlessly has been a game-changer. Also, the integration with Salesforce has been of great help too.
