Pandadoc is super user friendly and very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can edit a contract in real time and make instantanious updates

Nothing really. I haven't had an issue with it yet.

Being able to adjust contracts where needed and being able to see where my prospects are at in filling out the agreement

Great for small to medium businesses. Easy access to all documents, real-time views are amazing!

There is nothing I dislike! Panda Docsmust review their processes regularly because the software automatically improves over time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Panda Doc allows me to collect health information and obtain electronic signatures quickly. This enables me to develop my business because I don't worry about compliance because of Panda Doc's security system.

PandaDoc makes it easy for the client to sign and pay in one app, making it easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the editing part, where you lose signatures etc.

Simplifies quotation process which makes it a benefit keeping it all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using PandaDoc exclusively for the past 2 1/2 years for all sales orders. It is easy to use and I like the dashboards and the way that it organizes the files in buckets that help me manage my pipeline. Customers don't have a problem using the application to authorize documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few changes with the new version that I hope will be corrected. Not being able to tab through the fields that need to be entered for customer information, for example. This slows my process down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get secure customer authorizations via email which eliminates the need to print, sign then scan and email back or even FAX.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the low barrier to entry, the free signing and the integration into Hubspot and Google Docs that allows us to make tailormade proposals that prospects can review, forward and sign in an easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow from Hubspot contact to using/completing a Google doc document to sending it to customer is more complicated than I'd like to see. Could be easier for users in my opinion.

I create professional looking proposals with clear tracking on progress and logging of signatures.

Give it a try instead of emailing, photographing and scanning PDF's it's free and painless. No nagging limitations.

Unlike most PDF editing applications, Pandadoc lets you customize each document to fit your business needs

I haven't discovered something I dislike yet!

Creating consistent documents for our customers that leave a paper trail

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to know when someone has completed their documents, and that it sends us the notification. Our customers also love it that we can do our work online thanks to this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have some of the other features unlocked, but I do not wish to pay for the plan, but it is still excellent with the basic plan. But it can also be delaying in sending the notifications out but that is okay, I've only noticed a couple times.

We are able to do our online due to this tool where it allows us to upload our customer's documents and easily add signature and text fields for them to confirm. Makes it easier and safer with covid as well where customers can now do this from the comfort of their own home
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy and convenient to use, the free options are very helpful as well, you don't really need to subscribe or pay the subscription, we have had no problems using this service.

That the platform is so easy to understand and to use. I also love the status updates on the signee via mai.l
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can come up with right now. Have used PandaDoc for almost a year now and still get amazed over how EASY it is to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
40% of my team works remotely and some are even in other countries so PandaDoc has helped us speed up the contract signing process from 2-3 days to 1 day because nobody needs to print-sign-scan and return. We`ve experienced that our employees feel even more secure as they get a copy of the contract with a digital stamp.
PandaDoc to the Rescue
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc has been the saving grace to force consistency in our proposal process. Activities like content management, offerings, and digital signing are now simple and easy to follow. The integration with Canva allows for over the top style in the proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few downsides to PandaDoc, but certainly not deal-breaking. Reporting could be better and more detailed. The editor is really strong, probably the best I've seen but lacks some flexibility. The pricing tables could use a little love.
