good document signing software
What do you like best about the product?
eqsy to access templates to create new proposals and ndas

sometimes uploading a version and adding fields can be difficult at times

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using this system to prepare proposals and the ability to keep track of each outstanding proposal.

There really isn't anything that I dislike about this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to set up templates to be used by all Consultants for consistency. This software tool has enabled us to track every proposal.
Hands down one of the best document workflow automation platforms on the current market

It is not so easy to navigate if you're a novice user. It requires quite a bit of training to get to use it comfortably across the organization

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shortens the timeframe between the signing and approval of documents and dampens the bureaucracy usually found in the organization

Pandadoc is a perfect solution, especially when you want to implement e-signatures in your organization
Easy to use and efficient automations for contract development
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with our HR platform allows for quick and automated contract development for new staff. The workflow was easy to create so that all signatories receive the document for review and approval in the correct order and the notifications keep me up to date with who has viewed and signed the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no automatic formatting for work documents imported into the system and it can be a little difficult at first to work out the formatting and document creation process. But once you have that all worked out, it is very easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations and electronic signatory capability for these documents have reduced errors and time delays. It also allows me to send out an encrypted contract rather than a non-encrypted pdf attachment to an email and so meeting our new digital security requirements.
Easy to use, lacking some features
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. For the most part it is very easy to use. Everything in panda doc especially the variables function works pretty seamless but i suppose is pretty reliant upon connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a lot of great features that were lost in the update of panda doc from 1.0 to 2.0 that were very useful. These things like being able to drop in an attachment to the document etc. rather than at the end of a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of templating, another great feature that i have realized in panda doc that has streamlined the process of commonly duplicated documents for customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Panda docs is user friendly for both myself and my clients. This is done all through our CRM and emailed to client with prompts where to sign. It seems to work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a glitch and docs don't go through, most are easy fixes some have to go up to panda. Sometimes the system goes down and puts you behind Overall no problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it is friendly and easy to use therefore allowing my clients to review and sign docs from safety and ease at there own home. Especially with pandemic this has made my job easier
PandaDoc East to use Application
What do you like best about the product?
There is one platform and managing employees, to payroll to reporting, and its easy to use

Everything was fine as of now no issues, application look good and neat and clear

I just signed my employee onboarding sheets through Pandadoc. I have a job due to being able to sign those papers!

It makes the process of creating and sending out contracts quick and easy
PandaDoc is a simple solution for creating work documents
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is compatible with Hubspot, the leading software that my company uses. We can actually access PandaDoc through Hubspot instead of having another page open.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are a little tricky to create by oneself, but thankfully we have premade ones made by another person in our company who is savvier with PandaDocs.

We can prefill forms quickly and efficiently and attach them directly to Hubspot, our leading software. It provides a consistent base to build on since everything is uniform.
