What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative feature and the ease of signing from multiple parties

The lack of options to make the proposal or document more visually appealing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used PandaDoc to put together Statements of Work and contracts for our clients on the agreed tasks and costs for projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time when fillig in the information and ensure you read over your document as there is no autocorrect or spell check.
One of the most intuitive and easiest to use tools in our tech-stack that saves so much time.

-No complaints, I am a huge fan of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save a ton of time. Usually takes much longer to make/send proposals and contracts.
Our forecasting is more accurate because we're able to see when prospects interact with proposals in real time.

Best tool for getting papers signed online
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and reliable. I have used it for several years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can say I dislike. Like any service, there might be a bug was in a while, but the service is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting papers signed without the need to print them.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes it very easy to create a clean & professional proposal, that can be personalized per customer. The proposal creation and signing process has been automated with Pandadoc, and it has far more capabilities than Hubspot's proposal creation tool
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using PandaDoc for 8 months now, and have zero complaints! It is very easy to train someone on the platform and the interface is very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can update proposals templates as needed (new branding styles, new onboarding processes, etc.), send to the prospect and track all of the "open" activity around the proposal AND improve our time to close ratio!

Pandadoc is the best platform for sales enablement and closing deals!
Predatory cancellation policy
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to edit and send documents for signature
What do you dislike about the product?
We were sent a 45 day contract renewal notice. When we decided to cancel they said they have a 90 day cancelation policy.

Simplicity, only what I need, super easy

Maybe too many bells and whistles I don't use; the more bare-bones, the better; simplicity is key with e-signature products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our order forms are now being signed via e-signature, quicker, more accessible deal execution
Great alternative to docusign
What do you like best about the product?
Still new to the tool but figuring out how to navigate, seems OK so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool could be a little less crowded on the initial page - there is so much clutter that I wish it was less hectic and easy on the eyes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's pretty easy to load docs, fields, etc but when you're ready to send it seems a little confusing because I don't think it's as straightforward as "person 1 signs" person 2 views.

I appreciate the fact that PndaDoc allows users to save multiple templates and to easily transfer information from the document to another platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software works really well. No recommendations.

I am able to capture signatures on agreements with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of customization, seeing when a client opens the contract and the new payment integration that was just added. Also like the dofferent colors it assigns to new contacts

Some things are not available yet. Wish the subtotal from one pricing table could be automatically put into another slot. Need more token to automate more things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to send lots of proposals to brides. This makes it easy, don't have to recreate the wheel every time. With the new payment integration, should help manage deposits better.

Helps me create proposals that set us apart. I think they are more custom looking than docusign. Easy to use and they seem like they are continuing to improve
