Pandadoc has helped us digitalise our booking and payment process
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is all online, so it's super easy for our clients to complete.
I also love that we can integrate our payments via stripe as part of the booking form, so we can easily collect payments at the same time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is blocked by some company's servers so it doesnt work for all clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The digitalisation of our booking form (rather than having to print sign and scan) as well as collecting payment from our client at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to upload and easy to sign, you cannot get better. Editing documents for sig is also very very easy! We love it! We haven't needed to even test competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, i dont think theres anything that comes to mind right now1 Its really really easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting things signed. We get all documents signed now and easy to store rather than paper docs, or expecting people to print off and sign the documents sending them back.

That to save templates you must have a payment plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send the documentation to my clients and they sign it without needing to travel or print any document.

Quick and easy to populate and send contracts to clients and the tracking feature is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Document forwarding isn't always 100% accurate to transfer ownership of signatures but works most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and easy to track new business contracts that can be configured and sent in an instant.
Great replacement for DocuSign!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the templates, content library, and workflow elements of PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some additional features and formats that need to be developed like i. and ii. bulleting and approver notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our document generation process was very disorganized. The contracts we were creating were very different depending on who wrote it leading to compliance and legal concerns. With the templates and content library functions of PandaDoc, we've been able to not only create consistency and compliance to document creation, but create documents much faster at the same time!

ease of using the e-signature app is the thing I like the best.

The initial offer to sign up for the paid version

easy to create contracts and send it to clients. It also uses localization so it helps for non-native speakers to use the platform in a better way.

The most helpful thing is that it's easy to find previous documents for repurposing.

Dragging and dropping signature/text boxes - sometimes it's tough to get them in the place you want.

The benefits are being able to quickly & easily send documents.
