Great way to Automate your Onboarding & Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can automate with Active campaign and other tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
pricing is high but it's a great tool ----

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and user-friendly interface. Great tool. It is great that you can track the progress of a document and see when it has been seen, open and signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features that you have on templates are limited and having more flexibility around modifying templates would make the experience better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all legal problems around documentation, it facilitates and eases being able to send contracts increasing productivity and performance in a great way.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc made virtual meetings with my parents even more effective. With this tool, I can receive a signature from a parent before the meeting is over. Thank you, PandDoc :)

No, I have enjoyed the free version for the past two years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to acquire signatures for documents from parents on demand. It has sped up the process tremendously for all of us.

Creating and getting documents signed is easy for the sender and recipient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't file old documents to get them off my main screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Students/parents not returning paperwork. It has made it easier for parents to sign and submit completed paperwork.
PandaDoc made a world of difference at my company!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is extremely user-friendly and has helped my company work much more efficiently ever since the pandemic started as we have not been able to see clients in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish bundling would have been an option sooner, but I am so glad this is offered now! I love everything that PandaDoc offers and I cannot think of anything I would change!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One benefit I love is being able to bundle. I also love that PandaDoc helps protect my coworkers and me as we did not have the ability to work remotely and/or not have clients come into the office.

Not only does PandaDoc help you to work more efficiently, but it helps keep you and your coworkers safe during such unpredictable times. PandaDoc has made significant changes for my company, allowing us to help many more clients.

Excellent software, gorgeous proposals, very effective analytics, and ease of use.

I like PandaDoc very much and do not have any complaints.

Good, but missing a few features
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, it's easy to use software. Lots of customization options for agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have 2 main issues with Pandadoc.
I hate that when I have to change something (usually a small typo, etc), it nulls out signatures... or else makes me re-send it to client. Maybe that's the nature of official agreements, and every edit means you have to start over, but anything to make this less of a hassle would be great.
Also, sometimes we have our 3rd party sign an agreement, then it comes back to us and we barely miss the expiration date... then the document is stuck as "Expired" in our system with out only option to go back and admit to our client that we need to re-sign.

Agreement creation and signing is definitely faster and easier to manage than attachments. We mainly use it for statements of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it integrates well with your CRM. We use Hubspot, and the integration works pretty well so far.
Signed docs in a few clicks
What do you like best about the product?
The idea that you can send a copy for signing to several parties at the same time is simply genious! All that's left is to wait till all of them have signed the doc and you're good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven't figured out how to unsend a doc, if it's possisble at all. Would've been useful for me when I forgot to add space for signatures (facepalm).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of having to send a doc for signing to a client, wait till he completes it and sends back, send it then to the CEO, again wait till he signs it and sends it back... So much time saved with PandaDoc.
The Panda Doc interface is user friendly and navigation is easy

The uploading and quick links. I believe that is all

Learning a new program. Not at the moment.

Quick and efficient collection of signatures. You also get to see the tracking of such documents for signing order

Seamless and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
very user-friendly! easy to edit the document and fast interface! notifies you of the document activities, how many times has it been viewed and the status of payment
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually can't think of any! I heavily use this tool, I create about 10 documents in a day and it has always been a smooth process for me. they also notify you in case there's system maintenance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asking clients tos ign contract has been seamless because you assign fields to them, pandaoc notifies you of the document's activity too once it has been opened etc.

I would say it's worth it! has made work life easier!
