User-Friendly, Affordable and Beneficial
What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the website is designed in a way that provides the easiest way to find all documents. It is easy to use and beneficial to organizing important work documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't see anything I dislike on the website. Although, possible faster ways to upload documents would be nice rather than one document at a time being uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving by using PandaDoc is by allowing electronic signatures on the website. By doing so, it is a major benefit especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get familiar with the program first then you will see it is easy to use. All documents are easily sorted through the dashboard and can be easily categorized into various sections.
Best online contract tool for any industry
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of the system. I can create templates for any type of situation and the sky is the limit in terms of how creative you can get with the formatting. The industry templates that Pandadoc provides for its users are also very very helpful. I base most of my contracts off of the contract templates already built out by Pandadoc. Additionally, Pandadoc integrates with our CRM which makes sending out contracts even easier as I can manage that seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the system is quite flexible in terms of how I am able to customise my templates it can sometimes be a bit slow. It's a real memory hog at times. The Pandadoc team are aware of this though and are always making updates to ensure that they optimise their systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc allows me to templatise and send out contracts for my business with lightning speed. Once I've created my templates, I can send out contracts to various businesses with ease, speed and efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We started using Pandadoc as a Start-up and it helped us to scale up our operations smoothly as we gained more customers. It's also a useful contact management tool if you haven't decided on a full blown CRM like Hubspot which also works well with Pandadoc.

Finding a solution for electronic signing of documents. Using PandaDoc has made this process so easy for me and my clients.
This truly is the best e-signature and doc management tool I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use out of the box. Very fast integration and overall documents management. I can setup the doc for e-signature and send out the link to sign in less than 1 minute !!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to change or remove the recipients, then I have to restart the entire process as it invalidates doc. Luckily even starting the process all over again is no big deal as overall flow is super easy to manage anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. I'm saving a lot of time and so are my clients as we don't have to bother printing, signing and scanning anymore - we can go straight to the point and sign. Of course, it's also awesome for the planet

Great Electronic Signature Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the features that the software provides. Since using the software it has made my workflow process much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to set the required parameters for check box questions to make it mandatory to select at least 1 answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the human resources side, we are able to obtain signatures on the majority of our documents electronically from anywhere, anytime, and in a timely manner.
A great tool for digital agreements
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using PandaDoc for the past 6 years. I love that it has integrated with both Keap and Hubspot to make the processes around getting client agreements signed as simple as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about PandaDoc. It does everything we need and is very intuitive. Perhaps if it automatically sent reminders to clients who haven't signed the agreements yet... but we already automate those through Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting client agreements signed and submitted has never been easier. And for the situations where we have had one-off events, it even collects the contract amount. Great platform!

Give it a shot. It has completely met our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates and its interactivity - being able to see when clients have read, reviewed and signed is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting for text fields could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one-stop for working agreements, contracts, and all sorts of client/contractor documents. I love the functionality.
Perfect solution for authentic electronic signatures
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has a free option for small-scale users like myself. It is very user-friendly, and my clients have been satisifed with the signature process. Uploading documents is easy, and I was able to create an email template to send with my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rarely a document will not upload on the first attempt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has allowed me to easily obtain electronic signatures for my Early Intervention session notes during time when in-person sessions were not possible due to health and safety concerns of COVID-19.
PandaDoc is highly intuitive and very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for me and my team to write up contracts with PandaDoc. It's easy to build templates that we can use over and over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would want added is more features similar to Microsoft Word. It's hard to align things properly and it's tricky to add an image next to text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My colleagues and I send out a lot of contracts with similar wording so it's nice to be able to utilize the template feature.
Seamless and easy to use contract management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create, update and send documents to clients. Then the ability edit and see the contracts through the process makes it that much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I think is a drawback is the timeframe that the contract is valid. There should be a way to set/revise the timeframe a contract is valid for.

Revenue Tracking, Contract management. Main benefits entail the ability to have a single site for contract management.
