Pandadoc Saved the Day
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc has made it easy for my clients to sign secure documents quickly and efficiently. I use the E-signature feature most frequently and my clients and I find it very convenient to send documents directly to their email addresses. I love that I can go back and review documents at a later date as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that some documents expire. I don't quite understand why this is a feature and what its benefit is. I find that the smartfill feature is not as efficient in reading the document and adding the necessary elements as I had hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients must sign a visit summary after each visit with me. Pre-pandemic, these signatures were obtained in person. Pandadoc has solved the issue of obtaining signatures during my virtual work hours.

PandaDoc has the right mix of automation and UI to match the features.

Would love to have deeper integrations with other 3rd party platforms such as Gainsight

We primarily use PandaDoc as a contract documentation tool and it ticks all the right boxes - reliable, great collaboration features and quite intuitive to use

Ability to draft and email contracts to send to clients securely.

The UI can sometimes be a little fickle, where you have to be careful.

Solving the hassle of having to print out a contract and get it to a person in person.

I have tried many other products for esignature, and this one is the easiest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reminders get caught in spam filters. Sometimes you need to convert a word doc to pdf to get good formatting results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting proposals signed faster than ever, and it is so convenient rather that printing and scanning docs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a small team, pandadoc is much easier and cost effect than other ensignature products.
Reliable and easy to use e-signature platform
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use Pandadoc for new agreements for our SaaS clients and it works extremely well. It's automated via a Zapier integration so the ability to have it be hands off and reliable has been a huge win for us. In comparison with other e-sig platforms, it also has much cleaner and easier to use design tools. The communication functionality is also very strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility of data validation and the ability to take payment details. We simply need to collect payment authorization and credentials, and there are no tools for validating credit card/bank account numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate our new customer signup process via a workflow with Jotform, Zapier, and Pandadoc. That automation has saved us a ton of time from our previous flow of manually creating/sending documentation.
Efficient tool that perfectly meets everything we need and is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to know when someone has finished their docs and provide us a notification. Our clients like the fact that we can complete our business online owing to this technology. We've been using PandDoc for over a year, largely for proposal and contract submissions. The platform is straightforward and simple to use, and the document production area is identical to that of Microsoft Word. It provides everything our company need, plus a lot more.
The ability to change CSS and truly personalize your papers is a great corporate advantage. Pricing tables, as well as receiving payments and electronic signatures, are essential, and they are simple to incorporate into papers. We may accept deposits using Square, our primary merchant payment system.

What do you dislike about the product?
I want to unlock some of the other features, but if I want to use some of the add-on features such as the content library, I need to upgrade my subscription. Unfortunately, all of these monthly subscriptions are summed up and begin to eat up profit margins. In that case, the ease of use of this platform is not important, as you can find alternatives that can be bundled with another existing subscription service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to submit proposals has been satisfied. The analysis part is one of our favorite aspects. It eliminates the guesswork of determining whether or not our prospects have viewed your content and alerts us when they do. The additional benefit is that you can observe how much time they spend on each page. This may inspire you to send them an email inquiring whether they have any queries. We can complete our job online owing to this technology, which allows us to upload papers from our clients and quickly add signature and text boxes for them to validate. It also makes it easier and safer for clients to use covid from the comfort of their own homes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They provide a 14-day trial, which I recommend you take advantage of and use to its maximum capacity. You will know at the conclusion of the trial time if it is right for you. It's really simple and straightforward to use; the free alternatives are quite beneficial; and there's no need to subscribe or pay for the subscription; we've had no issues with this service.
Best Digital Signature App
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the document creation and intuitive signing functionality from the customer's end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the completion emails can be redundant (If only one signer) but that's not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting small signatures for delivery confirmation. I used to have to go in person to make sure it was done right/quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If familiar with digital signature/document execution applications, PandaDoc will be second nature.
Outstanding Service!
What do you like best about the product?
The security, tracking and interface are all excellent and very easy to navigate.

Nothing, so far! PandaDoc has been a terrific solution for us.

We did not have a streamlined contracting and billing process that could integrate with our CRM and Quickbooks. We're really pleased with PandaDoc as that solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and there have been no temporary interruptions or errors while using the service for the past year. PandaDoc was very easy to use and it was very easy to set up an account and start processing documents. I like being able to drag and attach documents and select the information that needs to be entered electronically. Tracking systems are also very useful from the moment a document is completed until it is sent to the sender, received and reviewed. I also like the option to send the link instead of emailing the actual document. Pandadoc support is great, the chat team is very helpful and the account manager can always be contacted by phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
No more problems than temporary or minor inconvenience occurred. The only thing I don't like is looking at the Start button when the document is submitted. Finding the home button isn't easy, so returning to the dashboard can be distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to replace our existing signature software with a significantly less expensive one. It also has the benefit of being easier to use and more straightforward, making document preservation and retrieval considerably easier. PandaDoc has been a helpful tool in our business, enhancing our efficiency in having documents signed and returned to us on time. Because our clients are constantly on the go, having the ability for them to process papers online is a big bonus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for new signing software, I recommend starting with the free trial. All other factors are quickly discarded. If you don't have a time constraint for submitting papers online, this is a superior choice. We have gotten suggestions regarding this system from our clients, and they have also explored utilizing it for their firm.
