Great templates - move to closing deals faster
What do you like best about the product?
- The templates - it's easier to build proposals for everything you're doing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some limits to the design. I also feel like the first 2 months were getting used to the product. Once I had it done I was able to flow easily.

Panda Docs makes my work so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I can work on PandaDocs in real-time and follow along with my clients. I like getting alerts when clients have viewed or taken action on their documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of PD is that the pages sometimes take too long to load, or, a glitch causes pages to disappear. Thankfully, we have been able to restore them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track activity and when clients are using PAndaDOcs has been very helpful. I'm more productive and it has helped my business performance.
PandaDoc is an excellent editor with the option to sign documents.
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc tools are meant to be easy and efficient. PandaDoc is an excellent solution that is always being enhanced by the PandaDoc development team. The modular system they utilize is simple to use and maintain, and it integrates with Salesforce to assist our team in preparing proposals for open opportunities more quickly. You may have numerous participants virtually sign your documents, and you can also control the order in which participants must sign one by one.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I delete a signer, one of the problems I've discovered with PandaDoc is that I have to resubmit the document to everyone. Some persons did not sign the form before the deadline, and I can't acquire the verification stamps at the conclusion of the document until I delete the missing signer; however, this alteration requires everyone to sign again. The worst downside I can think of is the structure of the presentations. Although the cover page is simple to edit, the content pages are frequently complex to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the advantages I've gained include virtual signatures, questions and answers, and, of course, the interchange and transmission of papers inside the organization and to clients. PandaDoc has addressed the issue of not having an editable PDF. PandaDoc can transform any document into a signable format. I've also discovered the advantages of sending reminders and direct connections. We generally utilize it for business-to-business transactions and contracts. It also makes it easier to transmit vital data to papers. Furthermore, the templates are amazing and simple to modify.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend pandadoc for document sharing, electronic signatures, forms, and other documentation needs. Use the help that is accessible to you; they will answer any questions you have and teach both you and your team so that you can use all of the product's features.

There are still many problems with opening files that freeze, and we have to refresh the page.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been a lifesaver for me and my company. With the pandemic, not all of our clients have felt comfortable returning to our services in person. PandaDoc has made it super simple to send clients documents to review and sign. Wish I'd known about this program when we first went into lockdown. It would have saved me a ton of time and stress!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is having to have an email. Not all of my clients share their emails. I like being able to text links to clients, but I wish we could enter their phone numbers instead of needing the email, just to copy and text the link. I am sure it's to verify the correct person is signing the document, but it's sort of inconvient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Throughout lockdown, I worked from home and needed parents to review and sign documents. It was near impossible to get the signatures I needed from clients and coworkers. PandaDoc has changed the game and I'm finally caught up on months, if not years, worth of signatures that have been piling up since the start of the pandemic.

There is nothing I dislike. It is simple but complete.

Being able to send by email or link is amazing, making it useful for every situation. Classification directly on the app or the option to download it. User friendly. Personalisable email to all parties.

The UI is simple and easy to use. I thought it would be difficult to learn but after understanding "variables" and "tokens" it was really easy. We use a lot of tools and it's refreshing to be onboarded with one that is easy to learn and use

nothing that I dislike. I wish more teams were using PandaDoc personally

quickly drafting agreements and sending via links saves our team a ton of time. It's easy for a signer to forward to another contact in the company (legal for example) for signature

Salesforce integration to help when generating proposals and contracts. Template feature with pre-set approval processes. Ability to see when prospects have viewed and signed documents.

Not being able to merge cells vertically, no ability to have dynamic date, and issues with spacing with PDF page breaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency when sending customer-facing documents, ability to update variables in real-time with Import from CRM feature keeps data integrity up-to-date

Use the forums to help troubleshoot issues and make sure to download documents before sending to ensure the documents don't cut off after download

I sign my customers easily through google docs addon, add email and names, NO much effort at all, bulking agreemnts to many clients at once.

Panda Doc is super easy to send and sign It makes it easy for us to coordinate sending hundreds of contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The boxes and formatting aren't user friendly and end up taking up extra time just to format the contract. I wish everything was easier to move around.

We're able to send hundreds of contracts and edit them easily with the templates with our team.
