Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to use. I really like the edit function, much easier to use than Adobe docusign

All is good so far. I haven't come across anything to dislike as of yet.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of obtaining signatures after all the information is uploaded and situated. Moving the boxes for signatures, checkboxes, dates, etc, is easy. Pandadoc now allows editing of the document after it has been sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the feature we have through work, there is no way to edit without completely redoing the entire document (i.e., if you forgot a signature or need to edit a name). If you upgrade, you can now edit the document, which is convenient and worth the upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have just realized the feature to make certain areas mandatory, which is helpful when ensuring that all signers complete the appropriate boxes and cannot miss anything. Most of my meetings are not in person, and I meet online. Therefore, having the ability to obtain signatures via Pandadoc is highly convenient!
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use. We made a transition from a competitor's product to PandaDoc with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our end users don't realize they have to click the Finish button after signing. That makes it time consuming having to circle back to them to get a completed document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product allows us to capture information and signatures on required documents much more quickly and efficiently than when we had to use the mail. The price is much more feasible for our small non-profit than competitors.
Best Online Signature Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is very easy to learn and work with. The best part is the option for signature order and the ability to automatically email copies once completed to all participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have an option for automatic box signature placement across multiple pages. If you are sending multiple pages of the same document, it would be nice to be able to place signature boxes and dates, etc one time on the first page and have an option to do a "fill" type situation that will automatically fill the same boxes, with the same signature assignments across all remaining pages but still with an option to edit any pages and the boxes within them. That would save me so much time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving an age-old problem of the ability to have an online signature platform that houses the content and does not require the participant to download software or purchase like software system to use it. Not having to send a pdf, then attain a manual signature, upload the scanned document and do this for all 6 signatures. We also like the auto email of the document once completed
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you are needing multiple signatures outside of your internal business, this software works wonderfully!
Love Panda Doc
What do you like best about the product?
We have over 150 users. All of our documents are organized. Easy to use templates and content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything that is missing from this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire sales force using the same look and feel with current up to date information. We do not need to use unmanageable shared drives or endless update emails.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is super easy to use. It also integrates with lots of the software that we use. We have used PanadDoc for a really long time and they are always trying to make the product better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to think of things that we don't like about PandaDoc. It is pretty functional and satisfying. One thing that might be nice would be an option to make it easier to cancel out a prior agreement when a new one is sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDocs for sending our attorney-client agreements to potential new clients. We have sped up the process over time and every time we speed things up, we make more money. So Pandadoc has been key with that.

I like how simple it is to use, for both sending and receiving parties

Have not come across anything that can be improved

Makes our client's lives easier. No need to print and sign documents. A simple click and sign and the document comes back to us right away
It gets the job done. I can write up a contract in a few minutes and get it sent easily.

User Friendly. It gets everything I need to be done and it's organized.

I don't have anything bad to say. I like Pandadoc a lot. It helps with everything I need.

Using templates to make everything organized keeps the time of me sending contracts down a lot. It increases proficiency in the company saving us money.
Panda Doc
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc made things very easy to sign, especially when working from home. It was very accessible through your email when you needed to sign something from your superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that I couldn't sign things via my signature. I had to manually type out my signature to sign any documents I may have had. It would make it look much more credible if there was a signature signing option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With signing documents you are able to see what is required of you in a workplace. If there were any type of infraction it notifies you via email that you have to sign something.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like a written signature option.
Poor quality SAAS. Errors after 3rd invoice and service outage.

The app worked and provided all the features I needed. After the 3rd invoice there was an outage with the service. I can't say anything better so I'm sorry if this isn't enough for G2 and their scam reviews.

The app worked and provided all the features I needed. After the 3rd invoice there was an outage with the service. The support team told me sorry and that they were working on it. For any SAAS company this is unacceptable, and especially for something so simple as a document filling app. This app is a clown show and I urge anyone to find a real company with a real team behind it.

Everything, the app doesnt work, costs me time and money. No app should ever have issues that is a simple document filling app. This is a joke. Never ever use this junk.
