EASY AND SAVES TIME
What do you like best about the product?
I can upload the document I need signatures on and simply email it to all participants for them to sign at their convenience. I love that each person can set up their signature and each person has a different colored signature box which makes it easy to tell who has signed and who has not.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. I am able to email to multiple people inside and outside our building.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every IEP I write is a legal document requiring each meeting participant's signature. By uploading and emailing to each person via PandaDoc I am making sure I am in legal compliance with every one of my IEPs.
PandaDoc is an excellent editor with a document signature option.
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a great product that is constantly being improved by the development team, we are constantly accepting suggestions for improving the user experience and features, their customer service is always excellent and they have always endeavored to make changes to their products to improve their functionality. The modular systems they use are easy to use and manage. Multiple participants can virtually sign the document, and you can also specify the order in which participants need to sign one after the other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the automatic expiration of documents, so I have to resend each document. You can probably expire the document, but you have the option to resend it. The format of the presentation is the worst drawback I can think of. Covers are easy to customize, but content pages are often difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the benefits I have received are: Virtual signatures, questions and answers, and, of course, exchange and transfer of documents internally and to customers. Mainly used for B2B transactions and contracts. It also makes it easy to transfer important data to documents. In addition, the templates are great and easy to customize.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I prefer Pandadoc for document collaboration, electronic signatures, forms, and other documentation tasks. Use the help offered to you; they will answer any questions you have and teach both you and your team so that you can use all of the product's features.

Not much. Sometimes the editor is a little sluggish, but it is never a major issue.

Allows me to send documents to my clients for them to sign electronically so that we can handle all of our business over the phone and on email.

What do you like best about the product?
The price is the absolute best part but also the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot adjust the size of the signatures or initials. It is also difficult to place the signature or initials field boxes to appear in the proper areas on the signature line on your document. If you line up the bottom of the field box with the signature line on your document, then signature appears too high above the line. If you line up the dash below the pen icon in the signature field box with a signature line from your document, then the signature appears below or through the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive signed documents much faster. When I used to send documents to get signed, they would have to print, sign, scan and send back to me which could be difficult if they didn't have a scanner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test and play around with it first by sendind yourself documents to fill in and sign.

Solid e-signing software
What do you like best about the product?
Great software to help get e-signatures. Templates make it quick and easy to repeat similar documents, and you can insert commonly used fields that you need to update each time so you don't forget (e.g. price, title, etc.). Color-coded contact fields make it easy to understand what fields you have for any given signer to fill out. It's also easy to upload a document and just add a signature field. The user interface is straightforward and easy to understand. The 'search' field makes it easy to find old documents, and it's simple to send reminders and track what you have out the door. Plus they send regular product emails that are actually fun to read and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is typically very intuitive, but one thing that can be frustrating is that templates aren't 'locked'. It sounds simple, but sometimes it can be easy to start editing a template directly without realizing it. Would be great if there was a pop-up or something you had to check to confirm you wanted to edit the template itself as opposed to using it for a contract. But that's very minor and not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it so much faster and simpler for folks to sign contracts. Instead of dealing with trying to add signatures to a PDF or making sure no fields are missed, PandaDoc walks them through the process. There are a lot of e-signing options out there that do this, but PandaDoc has won for us because it's easy to use and affordable.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the ability to work out of the system to send emails. Pandadocs has definitely shortened our time to build individual proposals that look great and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Payment options are tricky at first. Better training or documentation to figure out pricing options would have been good but the way it's set up right now isn't bad, just take a bit of figuring out.

Seamless proposal to close. Closing time has gone down. Yes.
