Loving Pandadoc!!
What do you like best about the product?
Extremly easy to use and my clients love the flexibility it provides
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using it for a year and loving it so far! Amazing product

Saving a lot of travel times to get signatures from my clients.
Terrible Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. The only thing they were good at is taking my money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their software couldn't recognize my IDs after five attempts even though the pictures were clear. Awful customer service. No one even called to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None.
Panda Docs
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Panda Docs is that it is quick and easy to use. I use it daily to receive signatures on documents and it is great. It is great for students because they can access it on their phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I don't like is that once completed we cant edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining written signatures we need from our graduates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an effective way to send and receive documents needing a signature, almost immediately.
Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has great customer service and the product has some really good features. I only use the free version and I'm still able to collect signatures and support my clients. Overall, the company has some good features and listens to customers when they have suggestions for other features desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc is still a young company so at times features I want might take a little longer to build out. I wish they could build them out a little quicker, but overall I'm happy with the product for the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows me to send electronic documents to my clients to sign. It's very easy to use the software and my clients are able to sign without issues or needing to download any special software.
Over-the-Top Service
What do you like best about the product?
The excellent customer service from the PandaDoc team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to update HubSpot deal changes back to HubSpot after the first merge. No ability to re-link the "completed" PandaDoc to the correct HubSpot deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ability to merge data from the HubSpot deal record directly into PandaDoc and the beautiful document design output. We save time using PandaDoc.

PandaDoc is continually growing into a robust platform costing much less than rival solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The tracking of the status of contracts issued to customers has been very useful and has vastly improved contract turnaround times.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some formatting constraints that have made the creation of new document templates a little challenging, but nothing that we couldn't work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandDoc has refined our contract distribution and signature process and allowed the sales team to have visibility of the status of every agreement in issue. This has resulted in speeding up the signing of contracts with our customers.
Aggressive billing difficult to cancel
What do you like best about the product?
Not much really. The design editor like most proposal software is not very usable for creating beautiful designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc has very aggressive billing practices. Even after requesting to cancel, they don't cancel the subscription. Their support recommends removing all payment information as the only to ensure they don't try to bill you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried various proposal software including Pandadoc but they all had a pretty hideous editor, and I ended up reverting to DocuSign because these more well-designed proposal software presentations didn't improve my close rate.

I don't recommend it.
A versatile app

Ease of use and hit the ground running app
What do you dislike about the product?
The client has at times complained that they were not able to retrieve the document which may have gone into their spam. In such situations, we had to resort to providing them links

Meeting local compliance requirements surrounding client consent

You can easily prepare quotes and edit them at will.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplication of items on a quote or duplication of the entire quote for a different customer is difficult.

Easy creation of quotes instead of doing it manually, just a click of a button and you are done.

Great product for creating quotes in Sales and online approval of quotes

additionally with the insights feature we can keep up to date with the client's relationship with the document which helps our sales team with followups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I deslike nothing about pandadocs. It would be great if we had unlimited vistitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our contract process and make certain all stakeholders are involved before it is signed or even sent to the client. The transparency it provides is amazing.
