PandaDoc for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to e-sign forms and keep track of everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a little more flexibility to design more online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we would print and wet sign contracts. Now, we just upload the forms and send via email. Much easier and faster. Plus, saving money on ink and papers.
Prefer Panda Docs
What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly. Helps for fast turn-around time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have no issues with Panda Docs at present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expediting signatures to multiple parties.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ability to separate documents in one email to sign so each has it's owner certification.
PanadaDoc's is great and their Support is top!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using PanadaDocs for about six years...its a great way to share proposals, contracts, and documents with customers. Any time I run into issues (usually self-inflicted) their support team is fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get into a formatting mess....but that probably user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to send proposals and documents to customers for signing. Its great to know when they've seen them and completed them.
Great Product and Amazing Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
keeps documents extremely organized and i love the document tracking features.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish you were able to lock a template once it was complete so members can not change a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc benefits our company by having one place to store all of our documents and benefits our clients by allowing them to sign digitally and not have to print and scan documents into us anymore
User Friendly with a Professional Look
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is perfect for small to medium businesses looking to streamline their proposal process. We have a range of salespeople who have different computer skill levels and this was the most user-friendly but professional program to use for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not too many things I dislike with PandaDoc. If there are needs that need to be met, you can work with the PandaDoc team to help deliver what it is you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a quicker turnaround on proposal delivery. We are able to send a lot of information with just one link without all of the attachments that lead to getting SPAM blocked. Our proposals can be standardized so we are all sending a consistent message as a team.
Document handling and digital signatures
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is reliable in a way other services I have used before are not. They allow me to send documents to collect signatures via email, so it's really easy to collect signatures from people who can't always find the notice I sent. And when someone sends a message, you don't have to worry about customizing each message because it's saved as a template, making it much easier than it was with other services.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a Word document or PDF copy is copied, it does not always retain its original formatting, so I must manually make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has simplified the process of tracking who's signed a document. Instead of emailing or faxing, you can send job confirmations to prompt your clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandoc makes my work so much easier overall as a Real Estate Agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far don't have any. I have just started using it for about 3 months but I genuinely don't have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc makes it easy for me to create documents to send off to properties, especially verification forms that require a signature from both parties. I really like that!

A Branded Proposal Automating the Process
What do you like best about the product?
Opening PandaDoc you are in a Branded Proposal. Then after completing the proposal the entire closing process is automated with thorough communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, PandaDoc can be a bit challenging. It is not as intuitive as you might like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardization. All individuals can create professional, branded proposals and submit them for C-level approval. Thereby submitting a proposal electronically easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up a full product review for users. Training with Q and A will be very helpful
Fast, easy, secure way to secure signatures
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use for both me and, more importantly, for the families with whom I work who are not always computer savvy. It makes securing signatures for the families to access vital services for their children fast, easy, and secure. I also love that I receive e-mails letting me know if a family has viewed the documents to sign, and when they have completed the documents. In addition, it is easy to send a reminder to families when they have not yet completed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that sometimes I have to click around a bit to find the area needed to send reminders to families to return a document. Some of the families with whom I work are not willing to try PandaDoc to sign the forms needed despite my encouragement, but that is not directly a PandaDoc issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows me to more easily work from home as I can secure signed documents to begin services for the families with whom I work without concern for travel, exposure to COVID, and wasted time.
