I like the simplicity of creating documents and the templating system.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the templating because we repurpose the same documents a lot so once the initial is built it makes it super simple to create documents going forward!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the alignment of the fields look a little funky and it can be a challenge to get the field exactly where you want it in the format of the document. The height and length of the fields is also adjustable but then I have a hard time making them all look the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to crank out contracts and other important documents quickly and painlessly. I love that all my documents are stored in one place and all the contacts are saved and easy to add to new docs at any time.

UI could be more intuitive
Sometimes it takes a lot of clicking to figure out how to edit a contract in the way I would like or make certain changes to a document.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of time and people resources that are required for managing the admin side of contracting. It benefits our organization because PandaDoc helps to make contracting more hands off and frees up time for our team to focus on more value added touchpoints with the customer.
Fast and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
We use Pandadoc to send contracts and agreements, and it's easy for clients use to and easy for us to set up. I don't use all the integrations, so I'm sure it'll get more efficient and faster as we use it more.
What do you dislike about the product?
My level of service doesn't allow much editing once the document is uploaded. I think it might be worthwhile to get a higher level of service and be able to use the templates as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-signature is so much faster and easier, and Pandadoc lets up get things uploaded and sent much faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The integrations make it even better - it fits with my CRM, my mail system, my accounting software.
I love how professional PandaDoc makes our company look, it sets us apart from the competition!

- I have been using panda doc for a while and I am not sure if there is anything that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- The team is distributed globally and sometimes it is a hassle to sign documents. PandaDoc has made document/contract signing really easy. We upload the document and share it with the concerned person; its that simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and easy to use. They listen to feedback as well. Past features that I've wanted to see implemented were. A good community of users recommending changes. The workflow of documents is excellent as well. The saving of contacts makes it very easy to send the same people multiple documents in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some basic features I'd like to see implemented. Especially limiting form usage per email, as this directly affects our bill. If forms could be limited to one use per email, that would solve my biggest problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of getting documents filled out and signed at an affordable rate. It is incredibly easy for end-users to sign documents. Past services were more difficult for end-users. We used to send PDF versions of documents to fill out which were an absolute headache to get back easily.

It has templates and document models, which are customizable and easy to create, to manage customer documentation in real time. It also allows the digitization of documents through its scanner, as well as the creation and verification of the electronic signature. It allows the storage and organization of all customer documents including invoices, letters, etc. As well as the collection of data through different channels such as e-mail, courier, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had problems with the chat and messaging, as messages do not arrive in real time and take a long time to send. Some of the emails that we send in bulk, fall into the spam box, which makes it almost impossible for the customer to see it. I would like you to give us more information about the visitors to our web page, more details about what I am looking for, how long it takes, etc.

Communications with our clients improved enormously thanks to this software, since it allows us to create documents quickly with the visual design tool, in real time. It helps us to create a quotation or invoice with logo, design, structure and more, quickly. This is a software that has facilitated our work, because not only we have centralized all customer documents in a single system, but from there with the integration of office, we can make the documents and have the customer database. It is very easy to use and does not require a major learning curve, so it was very easy to adapt to it.

This software is ideal for all companies regardless of their size, as it will help you to keep the management of customer documents in complete order, from your database, to the documents sent. We have loved it and there have been very few failures, so we highly recommend it.
Pandadoc: just what we needed to streamline our documents
What do you like best about the product?
It contains several customizable templates, which help us to transcribe documents faster and without errors, thanks to the questions that the system asks beforehand. It also allows batch processing, to create files with the same format, changing only some characteristics. It has a permission control, so that only authorized people have access to the documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
On some occasions the system has required me to enter data that I have already entered previously, for the creation of the template. It takes a considerable amount of time to create new templates and have them saved for future documents, as the process is not as fast as I would like it to be. It can be a bit costly for some small or start-up companies, but it is definitely worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software to speed up the transcription of all our office documents, with repetitive formats, such as letters, recommendations, contracts and so on. It is a very useful tool with many templates that make our work much easier. Undoubtedly this software is a great investment, because it has saved us a lot of time in the transcription of documents, being able to create them automatically and without errors, which generates a higher performance in other activities of the company. The software is very intuitive and easy to use.

This software is ideal for all those companies that have a large flow of documents to process and want to do it more automatically to save time. In our company we have not had any problems with the software so we can highly recommend it.
