If you add a feature it allows you to do so but then trys to upgrade

Not Playing By Their Own Rules
What do you like best about the product?
My Old Account Manager was great. Since he left things have gone downhill. He knew they system was subpar so he made up for it with great service. He helped get our proposals the way they needed to look.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't play by their own rules. I sent an email to my new AM to reduce the license and he waited so I wouldn't be able to. I sent them a notification and they are ignoring it. It took a long time to get the proposal the way I wanted them to look so I would think about canceling I just wanted to reduce it because I lost some people. They waited for the evergreen clause to lapse. I sent cancellation last year to bypass their evergreen clause bc I knew they might try something like this and they are fighting me on it. Furthermore, most people don't get the emails you sent through PandaDoc they go to spam. This can hurt time sensitive sign-offs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None of they are creating problems. It is supposed to track views and give you visibility into the activity people are having with your proposals, but it is very simple and not very intelligent. Ive kept it because we use hubspot, but I will be letting hubspot know about the poor service.

The fact that the document is self adjusting and is easy to use and verify information.

Nothing at this point. Everything seems to be ok

The easy accessibility is sending documents to be signed.

There is nothing I can think of that disliked in regards to PandaDoc.

It is helping me to get client contracts signed and with total ease.
Excellent product with best user experience
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has a fantastic user experience, with a spotless user interface and easy-to-use workflow. I also love the professional look and feel of the embedded signature in the final document. I have used the product for more than one year now and never had any functional issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc has addressed my use-cases very well to date and I have no complaints. I love the product as is. The PandaDoc team did a fantastic job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-signatures. Obtaining quick electronic signatures for business documents from remote users or signing papers provided to me for signing.

What do you like best about the product?
When you need a tool to execute signatures on important documents, PandaDoc is great. It does not need learning time to use. It does a great job and dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this app. It is a great tool, and very efficient. I appreciate it very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It sends an email notification when the receiver has viewed, signed, and all parties have completed signatures. It allows me to easily send a signature reminder
PandaDoc is swift and efficient. Tons of functionality and flexibility.
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc Templates make such a huge difference for our business. Really helps us be efficient and avoid human errors in complex agreements. Saves us a lot of time in creating new agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
A zoom function would be really great while creating or viewing a document. Automations for organizing the completed agreements after being signed would also be amazing. Overall, PandaDoc has a sharp edge over other solutions with all the awesome features it does have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of human errors. Saves us time. A lot less copying and pasting with automations and integrations. Increases our accuracy. The fact that our clients can suggest edits so easily is fantastic. Really reduces the back and forth of emails.
Panda Doc is great for recruiting department
What do you like best about the product?
Panda doc makes it easy for all parties to create, send, sign, and collaborate on contracts. Our medium sized business uses this for many contracts and it works like a charm!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to think of a feature that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves is the time-consuming aspect of creating a form or contract and getting people to download the form, print it, sign it physically, and then upload it and resend it. None of that with panda doc.
Convenient to share document with clients
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has made my work more accessible by allowing me to upload documents quickly and easily, as well as allowing me to focus on my work rather than worrying about the process. The interface is very user-friendly, which makes it great for landlords. I no longer hesitate when scheduling meetings because I know that all necessary documentation can be uploaded through PandaDoc. My sales team is also much more relaxed and effective now that they can turn their sincere conversations into a profitable revenue stream.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to use the mouse to rearrange the pages of a proposal. However, this disadvantage is relatively minor in the grand scheme of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of multiple people simultaneously working has been resolved. Using PandaDoc, all team members can collaborate on a single document and simultaneously sign it. This method allows you to keep your distance from friends while completing school projects.
