We LOVE pandadoc!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and a place to collect and store all of our documents, PandaDoc has helped us streamline and document our contracts for housing. We are saving trees, remaining legally safe, and documenting well. It is user-friendly for all parties!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the cost involved with upgrading but I do understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage issues and making sure all our signature fields are filled out.
Pandadoc's UI is simple and intuitive unlike some of the competition

Great tracking of the progress each signer has made on the doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat confusing when importing a doc from google drive, how it converts docs into an "editable doc"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes all contracts a breeze for our team - we know the exact status of each document!
I use PandaDoc every day to have documents signed by our company president.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can send reminders, by the click of a button, when you haven't received a response in a day or so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Verifying signatures, by having to open the document before sending. It's not terrible, it just creates an additional 3 steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signatures when I work remotely and cannot just walk into an office physically.
Time Saver for us.....Convenience for our Clients
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of providing our clients with a completed document via email which they can electronically sign at their convenience. They no longer need to rush to our office during a lunch break or leave early so that we can get something filed with the court.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I have yet to find anything I dislike about this program. Actually, I would say that I would like the "send a reminder" option to be on the front screen and easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has solved the issue of our clients needing to rush to the office to sign a court pleading on their lunch break or leave work early to accomplish the task. Now we can simply email it to them and often times we have it back within an hour.

Being able to integrate with hh sport is super helpful and saves so much time.

There isn't anything that I can think of that I don't like.

Pandadoc looks extremely professional and is very easy to use. Coming off being a huge DocuSign user and fan, I was not sure what my feelings would be but I was blown away.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only issue I had was one month there was an outage for a little bit of time but very satisfied

What do you like best about the product?
Great platform for contracts and sending invoices/quotes, customer service is also quick to respond and answer any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much so far, still working on finding a way to record profitability while using CRM products.

This product is exceptional, it allows to reduce paper in the organizations, The user interface is very easy to use.

The price could be elevated in countries where the currency is different than the USD
