No brainer for electronic signature
What do you like best about the product?
Just need to upload my document, decide what I need to be signed add email, and send it out
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many emails stating that the customer received it, another that he opened it and a third that I receive it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my clients don't have access to a printer so an electronic signature works perfectly.
A simplified proposal process is what we came for, but there is so much more to PandaDoc.
What do you like best about the product?
This may sound simple but the ability to create easily replicable templates was super helpful to our team. PandaDoc helps us keep a digital paper trail of all our client agreements so we always know where we stand with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you create a template and set the sender and recipient it is difficult to change who has to review the document before it gets sent. I wish that were quicker/easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves the problem of proposal and employee contracts and proposals for our business. We intake a new clients needs and can (sameday) send them a proposal that has to be signed to begin work. It has legitimized our proposal process and keeps us on track with our leads.

Easy intuitive interface, great options to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support can feel a bit lackluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has made proposal creation and tracking a breeze. The ability to repurpose content easily is something we use daily.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is one place, user-friendly, I love that you can save templates to repeatedly use, I love that you can choose which signer fills out a section, and I am OBSESSED with the reminder tool! You can set the reminder tool to remind them every day, week, etc. This has gotten clients to sign documents a lot quicker and I'm so grateful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside: when you first go to send a document, you fill out the information for the recipient and for the sender (you), which is great ...BUT then when the document loads, it doesn't put in that information for you. Maybe I haven't figured out how to use it yet, but that's annoying. I put in their email and phone number but then it doesn't prefill that info in the document so I have to put it in again. That's a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So easy to use, it doesn't take me long to create documents I need e-signed, but the biggest win with PandaDoc is the reminder tool. I love it automatically resends the doc to the client to remind them to sign it versus me having to remind them myself.

What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive to use and helps us stay consistent with our documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time! It has been great and a huge improvement from how we were doing things before (everyone sharing templates).

We used to have templates for our contracts and other documents that employees had to manually edit. This also led to different language used by employees.
Excellent software for creating proposals
What do you like best about the product?
We really enjoy the ease of use in PandaDoc. We are able to brand out proposals and agreements pretty quickly. Our clients like the ease of use for signing document as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the edit feautres are inconsistant from assest to asset within the document (like deleting a line in a table sometimes deletes a line and sometimes it wipes out the whole table and I have to CMD Z to get it back.

We are able to keep up with proposals easlity and setting expiration dates helps as well.

PandaDoc helps a lot with proposals, letters and reports, is very friendly and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface allows for quick responses. Many possibilities, and new features, such as directly importing text blocks from a PDF document into Pandadoc!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. The interface is clear and allows me to do exactly what I want!

I have gained in efficiency and consistency, the contracts are archived to easily find them when needed.

I dont like the "upload revisions feature" I find it not intuitive & the import often goes back in misformatted

This is making it quick and easy to build contracts & run an internal review process
Easy, Lightweight CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to maneuver and was a breeze to learn. Other CRMs have so much built-in and the experience changes from company to company. PD has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality was broken for me in Chrome and I had to create another login for it to work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a CRM so it's helping me manage my customers and orders.
