What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, straight forward and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to extend time period, all the rest works fine

Easy send documents to be signed electronically.
Ability to send a version for comments by signees.

Implementing this software for SOWs has been a game changer! And it integrates with Salesforce.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of signing documents for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little complicated to set up templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing the need to send PDF docs to our clients for signatures and asking them to print, sign and scan back.
It´s very easy to use and also flexible. PandaDoc makes it easy for our clients to sign.
What do you like best about the product?
Its quite easy to administrate all of our documents that have to be signed by our clients. Flexibility by handling the documents especially to add fields like dates and text fields are very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind that we do not like at PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem in the past was to share documents that have to be signed the normal way like sending them via email. The receiver must print them, sign them, scan them and email them back. This is an effort we save for now and in the future while working with PandaDoc. Thanks for your great support.

i love that i can have multiple team members on panda doc that have there own log in and can access there own documents while admins can access all documents
What do you dislike about the product?
nohting i think its very good it takes a few days like anything to get used to a new software but once you have it down its very simple
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is solving having multiple team members with there own logins and allowing them to be able to send invoices to all their clients as well without it being too much of an inconvenice

PandaDoc has a very user-friendly interface, which very streamlined process flow. Which makes it very efficient and fast to use

Nothing at this time, As Panda doc is serving all my requirements as of now

It's very easy and simple to use and gives me the professionalism that I want to portray in my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything about PandaDoc. It may be a little pricey monthly. I think they could come up with an in -between price point for those who don't need it as frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping me to securely exchange needed documents with my clients in a safe and secure way, and makes my business productive. The documents I need are signed in a timely manner and distributed to everyone who needs them in one session
PandaDoc Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is really easy to use. It only takes me minutes to prepare documents to send to our customers. I send a lot of contracts, and PandaDoc's features help me to get them signed in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to make more than one attempt because of some sort of glitch, but it's not bad because of how easy it is to use the app. I'm sure PandaDoc will get it resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc saves me time. Customers are able to sign contracts quickly and easily. My team is able to collaborate efficiently with PandaDoc. We all really love it.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is incredibly easy to use. When we need legal documents from persons not living in our area or who cannot come on site, it is wonderful to be able to create the document and have it signed instantaneously at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I accidentally created a document and cannot delete it. Not exclusive to PandaDoc.... It is so frustrating to miss a letter or symbol in an email and have it not delivered. Seems to be a few gliches in the home screen, When I trying to click to view completed documents the screen scrolls to the next option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to complete documents for out of town clients so that they can participate in our program. This has allowed us to continue with our program despite the pandemic
PandaDoc the time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can send documents to be signed/dated and even have a client pay all through PandaDoc. Everything I need in one platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time there is nothing I do not dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The gift of time. Before I would email documents and have the client print out, sign, then scan it back to me. Depending on the client this can take hours up to days to complete.
