They way panda doc works , it saves lot of efforts for continous follow up regarding bills

no need to maintain any additional data required for any documents

sometime server crashed and it create problems

Panda doc is solving our document approval problem, and it helps us to maintain record for the same

PandaDoc has excellent customer service, and are willing to meet with you by video conferencing if need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quoting system is still not up to par for what we need, but they are working on this. They have been very attentive.

We have increased the speed at which we onboard clients.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to learn, reliable, and intuitive. It integrates well with all of our contract processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The custom role settings the enterprise plan allows us to create have helped manage users and eliminate unauthorized edits. The approval workflows are great and we use them to ensure our leadership team signs off on any non-standard terms before a contract goes out. The ability to "suggest edits" has been used and appreciated by many clients, as has the ability to forward the document for further review or to a different signatory.
PandaDocs - Great staff, good product
What do you like best about the product?
The staff is amazing! They are customer focused and swift to respond to any issues or provide assistance promptly. The staff is very friendly and able to explain issues in a way that's easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike. The product is very easy to use and staff is great. You could nitpick a few things, but I've addressed them with the staff, which they are working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows my team to send contracts to our customers instantly. We receive notifications when the customer has opened the contract/signed the contract. It's great knowing where you are in the customer lifecycle.

User-friendly for employees and presentable/impressive to clients. Smart content is fabulous.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Hubspot is not very helpful and could be much more elaborate. This has always been our only reason for wanting to swap/leave.

Smart content has solved the time issue and that has been great
Excellent Doc management software
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and has amazing options and features. It's also extremely affordable and very competitive. The best thing is that we've streamlined our signing process without any issues whatsoever.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor glitches but mostly it fixes itself with a refresh or if you play around with the software. Software are normally meant to be understood so these things are also easily avoided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our signing process easier for both ourselves and more importantly our customers. Document management is essential too. Our business performance has definitely increased too.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly PandaDoc is! Creating my account and jumping right into document management was a breeze. I particularly appreciate the functionality of dragging documents or files in, designating required fields for digital completion, and tracking the progress of not only your own interactions with it but that of its recipient as well. Sharing links rather than clogging up an inbox is also incredibly convenient - readers can have access without having sent out attachments via email. All this plus super simple eSigning make PandaDoc worth every minute spent setting up an account!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish PandaDoc could create fields inline, making it much easier for me to organize documents and enhance their quality. Positioning an area in any part of the page is useful when using scanned PDFs, but creating them through Document could benefit from being able to set fields following line of text or within table cells.

PandaDoc provides a streamlined system for hiring new employees, sealing deals with customers, and delivering essential documents promptly. We have developed an efficient way to securely and quickly obtain service contract signatures from our clients so they can feel confident in embracing this solution.
Love the name, love the functionality!
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use. The fields function for creating templates. How easy it is to change images. Just overall how easy everything is!
What do you dislike about the product?
Took me a little while to "get" it. Somewhat intuitive, but some of the formatting features weren't logical, initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to create proposals and track them. Love being able to see what the recipient viewed. Always the cost page!
Easy to use and intuitive design
What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing that the document has been viewed and completed immediately after the signer reads it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the pdf would download completed all pages in one file instead of individual pages as individual files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a diverse and large area of clients in Western NY that cannot come to us to sign documents, this software is easy to access and easy for even computer-illiterate and less tech-savvy clients to access and sign the documents we have to retain.
