The advantages of using PandaDoc

What do you like best about the product?
I have been really impressed with PandaDoc over the past year because it works really well and the interface is really easy to use. I can set up my documents quickly and I haven't had any problems or service interruptions. The drag-and-drop feature is really convenient for adding personal information, and the tracking system is really helpful because you can see online where your document is in the process. On top of that, their customer support team is really great and they offer live chat and phone support so that you can get help quickly if you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how complicated it can be to manage people's signatures on documents. It's frustrating when you can't immediately see verification stamps for information that has been changed after a signatory has been deleted. It's also frustrating to have to re-sign everyone when only one person needs to be updated, and the internal pages can be more complex to navigate than I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using PandaDoc has saved me a lot of time and made the negotiation process much faster. I can focus on other important tasks and not worry about delays because everything is streamlined and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Is so easy to use! If you have questions the live chat would take care of it very fast! The best way to organize your proposals and clients... I use it with my HubSpot CRM and it works perfectly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to add more users at a cheaper price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing proposals... now I can check from anywhere at any time all my proposal's status an even resend or forward them from my phone.

Great product + outstanding service even through offboarding

What do you like best about the product?
I was going to put this part at the end, but figured it'd be best if I lead with it since this it what astounded me about PandaDoc and the high level of service they provide. It's absolutely a great product but this is what makes them uniquely exceptional:

***Here is why I am taking the time to write this review: THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE PANDADOC PROVIDED TO US DURING OUR OFFBOARDING PROCESS with them. I have never, ever had a SaaS company continue to provide the same quality of service (and PD sets the bar high) when leaving for a competitor. Usually, once you inform a SaaS company you are cancelling, service quality decrease sharply. This creates operational risks when migrating from a SaaS that is very much interwoven with other SaaSs and processes. PD made their engineering team available to us and assisted in automating what would've otherwise have required hours of manual tasks extracting our data. They were were there to answer all our Offboarding questions and assisted us through the entire process, providing the same great service they always had. We never felt as if we were on our own nor did PD ever, ever make us feel like they were holding our data "hostage" throughout our time with them (you know which companies notoriously pull this "pretend-gangster" move when renewal time comes around). PD saw us through to the end and it left a lasting impression on me. I highly respect them, the way they do business and treat their customers.

The product is great all around. Onboarding ans service provided throughout is amazing, they are exteemelly responsive to any support tickets and are, simply out, dependable. You couldn't ask for more.

We all know some SaaSs become interwoven into your software stack the longer you use their services.There are even those who are well known for reminding you how much leverage they have, and will smile in your face while they use this to their advantage when you renew terms. I've purchased and cancelled many SaaS agreements in my career and, although we unfortunately had to part ways with PandaDoc through no fault of their own own, I felt they deserve an extremely positive review. They are excellent in all areas, all the way to end. Unfortunately, there were changes in some
of the International markets we serve new whixh required us to seek out multiple new solutions just to replace PandaDoc. Otherwise, we would still be with PandaDoc.

I greatly appreciate how PandaDoc has helped enable MetaMap to scale our business. Their support through complex integrations exceeded our expectations when compared to the support provided by other SaaS companies. It will not be forgotten and I highly recommend them.
What do you dislike about the product?
All was good the entire time. PandaDoc's employees care about their product and customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required a specialized implementation/integration of PandaDoc into our SalesForce instance. They made document management a breeze.

Great Business Resource

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use on both the customer and business side of contracts. Keeps you posted on the progress of the contract being viewed, signed, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there hasn't been anything we have really disliked about using the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for our customers to open and sign contracts wherever they are. This makes running our construction business easier as the customers rarely come in office.

Quick document builder, with expiring documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Building documents form pre-created content library. Easy editing of content. Approval process of documents. Good admin console.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was getting notification about unrisolved comments, on a document which was deleted (from Trash) for 4-5 months after it was deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qutations and Sales proposals. Sharing over URL enables changing of the sent document and setting an expiration to the document helps to focus the client better.

Smooth and easy way to obtain signatures!

What do you like best about the product?
My clients love how easy it is for them to sign the documents and get a sign copy! I only need the full name and email of the client, and the rest is done by PandDoc.

The clients and I can always return to the original email and review the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides to using PandaDoc yet. It is very user-friendly for my clients and me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I prepare income tax returns remotely, I don't always meet the clients face-to-face to obtain signatures. PandaDoc helps me to get the signatures I need to keep all my documentation in order.

What do you like best about the product?
•Like the drag and drop features.
•I like I can create a library of templated blocks to drop into a document
•I spend time exploring other applications & couldn't find any with as easily a learnable user experience
What do you dislike about the product?
•A little challenging figuring the permissions and sharing features I got tangled up slightly on this
•Seemed like there was an ongoing free plan, which there was not

What do you like best about the product?
I like the template-building functionality of PandaDoc. Before using the software, I struggled to create proposals in Google Docs and other word software. PandaDoc makes the process quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly isn't much that I don't like about PandaDoc. It's very simple to use, it was easy to learn initially, and I feel that it is fairly priced, so I don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had an issue with finding a place where I could write proposals and have clients sign in the same place. PandaDoc provided this solution and integrated my CRM, so it was my best choice!

Great Product for what we need

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can collaborate and work on digitally signable documents and then send those direct to the client. It helps making contracting easy and managing templates along side it is a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing structure of the product is confusing and in many cases more frustrating than anything. Intentional blocking of features like the content library seem to have no real justification but I understand the need to earn more on a SaaS like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves our need to have all our contracts and proposals in one place. It also allows us to quickly create docs based on templates. This has massively cut down on our proposal input time.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sync ties to the opportunity record, fairly easy to figure out things yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think they provide adequate support to their smaller customers. I had a laundry list of problems after paying for Professional Services and don't even know who my account manager is anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easier solution to Salesforce CPQ out of the box, saving me money from having to hire an expensive CPQ Salesforce consultant.
