User-friendly and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc to be very user-friendly and intuitive to use. You can quickly and efficiently create contracts and track their stage. It's also suitable to be used by larger Sales or Customer Success teams. It makes our job very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything in particular that I dislike in PandaDoc. Sometimes could be a bit slow but nothing too much to worry about. In general, I think it is an awesome tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping us remove out the manual work required for contract management and contract administration. It helps us automate the process of drafting and sending our contract proposals and tracking their status.

What do you like best about the product?
I can conclude agreements online and abroad. You can make amendments easily, without additional meetings with the parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
When asking to sign the agreement, I don't know whether the appropriate person is signing it. In the case of company Directors, we need to have power of attorney, but with PandaDoc, I can not control who is signing the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our clients and living abroad and instead of signing in PDF file and sending it back and forth using emails, we can sign it online. I am also notified when the agreement is signed by both parties.
Great way to simplify the signing process and track document status.
What do you like best about the product?
Love that I can easily track the status of all documents in one place. Scheduled followups keeps the task top of the inbox and the entire process is much easier than wet signatures with electronic document returns. Really simplifies our contracting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the electronic signatures included a date stamp and typed name and title. These additions would result in less work for both initiator and signer. I also wish I could correct documents that haven't been signed without resending them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy for everyone to sign electronically and return signed documents, even those with less technology know how or even those without office scanners.

PandaDoc has been an invaluable solution for our e-signature needs. Prior to using the platform, our document signing process was manual and time-consuming, requiring multiple back-and-forth exchanges between parties. With PandaDoc, we can easily create, send, and sign documents, drastically reducing turnaround times and simplifying the process for everyone involved. The platform has also improved the overall accuracy of our documents, ensuring that all necessary fields are completed and signed before the final version is saved. What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use for saving and editing templates. Easy drag-and-drop features to update variables on the document. Makes sending and tracking contracts sent easy for someone that doesn't want the hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing the document once the template has been made can be cumbersome. not super userfriendly to take away or change the fields you want as a part of the template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending contracts to sign. Panda Doc makes it easy to send the document to multiple people that I need signatures from and track who has signed and what is outstanding.

Affordable, easy to use, easy to access past documents
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have encountered. It has been straight forward and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has made it easy for me to obtain client signatures almost immediatley.

The level of customization makes the document looks impressive, additionally like how we can set up renewals and expiration for the contract and how it sends the details to each stake holder.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some glitches on the mobile devices. I think if we can get full access via phone it would be very much time saving and productive.

Streamline Process for approvals and transparency between all the stakeholders. We're really happy with the customization and it has helped us close more business by staying on top of each contract/proposal

What do you like best about the product?
I run a busy family law firm and every case requires several e-signing steps. PandaDoc makes it simple and affordable for business owners and clients alike!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if documents didn't expire for longer, but the platform is great as is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting document signed electronically with a link that I use in my emails. I can send a link to my clients for signing.

If you want a e-signaure platform that is free, PandaDoc is great.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easier to use, quick, efficiently stores all our documents, and has been easier for all our customers to navigate, and all for a lower price than competitors like DocuSign or HelloSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc works great, and I can't think of anything I don't like about it. The option to auto-fill documents hasn't ever worked out for us, but I don't really want that feature anyway

PandaDoc allows us to get immediate and easy signatures from clients while it is on their minds, ensuring that they do sign and everyone ends up with quick and identical clear copies of everything signed.

How easy it is to get started and for recipients to work and sign

Pricing it's a bit steep for a company like ours, and that has made collaboration harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed us to have a centralized proposal building and template resource, and then visibility over the flow and approval workflow.
