PandaDoc is great for simple doc signatures
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy PandaDoc is to use! It has great templates. It made it really easy to get my first proposals and signed agreements out the door!
I absolutely love the catalog and how PandaDoc can be a basic CPQ for early stage companies at a very reasonable price! That has saved so much time in quoting.

What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc is not very flexible, if you start with a template, it's not always easy to add remove sections. Sometimes you click the wrong way and can lose hours of work! Also, while I love the catalog functionality, the pricing spreadsheet will not allow you to change the color of the text, so after hours and hours of work, I am stuck with a barely legible light gray text, that I assumed could be changed but it can't.
Really, all the down side is when you need to create a new doc, it is very time-consuming, but once you have it set up, it looks very professional and saves a ton of time. And for the price, you can't beat it!
EDITED after getting to the end of this review... there is obviously a lot more that I could do with PandaDoc that I had no idea of and have been doing manually. I will be spending some time learning more now that I know! So take the above with a grain of salt, maybe I just need additional self-training.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a wonderful CPQ and Proposal doc generator. I have created a library or my various services, then when I need to create a proposal, I select the items I want to include and it saves so much time.
Better than its competitors
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like best about PandaDoc is that I don't have to worry about hitting a limit of how many documents I use in a month, and that I can create subfolders of all the documents I'm creating and sending out to our clientele.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the templates were a bit smarter, if that makes sense. I might be missing something of course, but I don't use the templates really because the contracts I utilize PandaDoc to sent to our clientele vary on multiple lines for location, rate, schedule, etc. And it's either non-existent or too complicated for me to figure out how to ensure the right contract is going to the candidate I'm sending it to in regards of it marked as the specific location. What I do normally is I open a word document, type out everything unique to the contract, save it and upload it with an open signature line for our client to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization is a big plus, and how you've been able to facilitate searching for a specific contract. It's a great feature how I'm able to just type up one word within the title of the contract and I'm able to find who I'm looking for immediately. As I mentioned earlier, being able to create subfolders for each location/client has been really nice. It also helps me keep track of the number of pending contracts, completed contracts, and who hasn't even taken a look at it, meaning to us that we need to contact them to make sure they're still interested or that we have the right email. It takes out a lot of the guess work.
PandaDoc for the Win!!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been a lifesaver for us. It is super easy to input fields like signatures and initials, and very easy to add collaborators and send out emails for signatures. We have used other signature services in the past, and PandaDoc makes things so simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really not much I can say about my dislikes. The product has been working great. If I had to pick one thing, it would likely be the subscription costs. It would be nice to have a few levels of licenses for those of us that don't use all of the features. Or make a pay-per-document for the times that we need extra function on just one document. Other than that, the service has been excellent and very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves the E-Signature problem for us. Without a program like PandaDoc, our sales rep would have to go back to the site to get wet signatures, or we would have to mail documents with return postage to get the signatures back, which would take much more time and effort to accomplish. PandaDoc allows us to get signatures fast that are verified and accepted all over.
Free version helpful for simple contracts and collaborative documents.
What do you like best about the product?
If you're willing to put some time into it, you can make PandaDoc work for you without having to upgrade. We utilize PandaDoc for client contracts, and once we got the hang of it, it's really simple to update and send out to clients to complete and sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc isn't the most intuitive program. It took quite a bit of clicking around and trial and error to update and store documents in a way that worked for our business. We also didn't want to upgrade and had to find a template workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc provides a straightforward (once we figured it out) way to send contracts to new clients. Clients are easily able to complete the contracts without having a PandaDoc account and provide an e-signature. This saves a lot of back and forth and then we have easy access to the completed contracts for future reference as well.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, you can easily add and remove a client. Very user-friendly; clients of all ages can use this product without issues. I have used other similar products, and this one is overall the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you send the document to the client, it gives the option to email or generate a link. If you click "email," the email option goes away. So if a client doesn't receive the email or can't find it, I can't resend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to add users, Documents, etc... Saves time and headaches for clients because of the simplicity of the product.
Opens Borders for Small Business to Do Big Things
What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner, PandaDoc helps me easily do business with customers near and far. The layout is user-friendly and offers a wide array of data collection options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not had any issues thus far. I use this on my mobile devices and my computers without problems. My customers also enjoy the interface. If I had to find a problem, I would say having an instructional library on how to use the integrations would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have carriers with different forms; not all have e-signature options. PandaPoc allows me to compete against larger service providers by offering seamless e-signing options to make the process easy for my customers.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc streamlines so many processes I've had to cobble together for so long. The transparency across my organization allows my team members to hold me accountable for getting contracts across the finish line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smallllll nitpicky things. I wish the date button was like DocuSign where it always autopopulates as today's date. I want my boss to spend as little time as possible signing documents, so the more I can do to speed things along, the better.

It's helping me and my team stay in sync to ensure documents are getting signed in a timely manner. We're a small team and there are never enough people and there's never enough time, so PandaDoc helps address these both.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PandaDocs is its simplicity! It has an innovative, clean interface. If you let it, it is clever enough to pick out potential fields for name, date, title and signature. Also, the inline field setup is handy. Changing the parameters as I work helps speed up the process. Finally, the big plus for me is the ability to position and resize fields precisely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not reminding me to consider the order of signing. I issued documents for signing, forgetting to set the signing order. Not a big deal but a little frustrating at the time. I learned my lesson, but if you are new to PandaDocs, review this feature before sending your documents for signing.

Confirming contracts and agreements with customers and employees, quickly and cost effictively.

TBH for what I am using panda doc for, I don't see any cons, Docu sign offers the same product but you have to pay.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organizational capabilities of pandadoc - the ability to save templates and automate workflows is very prevalent with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
the contacts window is lackluster and the template builder does not allow for 100% free form drag and drop which makes it annoying if you're trying to digitize specifc pdfs

it's allowed us to digitize our contracts and documents - it also allowed us to have a one-stop source of truth for all our documents.
