PandaDoc is Salient & User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, salient and informative. PandaDoc assists in the development of quickly creating forms for our clients in a professional manner. I prefer this platform over others.
What do you dislike about the product?
HIPAA fee is extremely high. Certain platforms offer HIPAA compliance and do not charge its customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users are able to obtain their contracts/agreement forms digitally/remotely wherein services can start much quicker than having to wait for forms to be completed in person.
Simple but robust and customizable contract management system
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is a well-designed system we use for generating and sending customer contracts. Its robust Zapier integration makes it simple for our sales reps to generate contracts and for me to review prior to sending them off for signatures. Better UI/UX and support team than other systems we have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some key integrations (SFDC and Zapier) required upgrading our plan, which was frustrating but typical. We had a few technical glitches at a few points, but were always able to get them resolved with the help of our CSM / support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an early-stage startup, and were not even having our customers sign contracts until we set up PandaDoc. We went through several iterations of our proposal/quote/contract process, and finally developed a simple, robust internal process for leveraging Slack, Zapier, and PandaDoc to allow AEs to submit proposals to the deal desk, have the deal desk review deal terms and modify as needed, then seamlessly generate the contract via Zapier + PandaDoc. We also use these three tools to automate the company alert that the deal has closed. I do not know how to code, but through these tools in tandem i've been able to streamline and automate our deal desk processes.
Additionally, the PandaDoc templates and robust variable tools have made it easier to standardize our processes and contracts.

I love PandaDoc!! Best thing ever for creating presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Everything! Formatting is the WORST thing about trying to work in word Pandadoc eliminates all of that frustration. All of the options in the template gallery are great. The ability to collaborate and create documents as a team is fantastic! Content Library!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's made my life so much easier when it comes to creating beautiful and professional looking presentations and documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes the creation of presentations and documents so much quicker and efficient. Eliminates all of the time wasted on formating.
Great platform for businesses that need to send proposals and contracts!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDock has been a great platform for us. We have been able to send much more robust proposals to prospective clients and do it in less time with the tools available on PandaDoc. The templates, catalog and content library make it easy to create contracts and proposals efficiently. It's also allowed us to have an all-in-one solution for that process and stop using DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, not really any negatives! Maybe make it a little easier to send reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were sending bland proposals via email previously which took a lot of time to create. PandaDoc allows us to send multi-media proposals easily while also taking less time to create a better proposal. We've also been able to drop our DocuSign subscription because we can create contracts to sign in PandaDoc.
Easy to use and very convenient

PandaDoc is very convenient and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I do not like about PandaDoc. It is easy and convenient in all ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from home, so by using PandaDoc, I can have all documents e-sgined without having to leave home or meet with clients in person. We can also have clients out of state sign easily, quickly and conveniently.

Wish the APP was more robust and offered similar desktop functionality

Streamlines DOC signing processes for sales enablement
Slick and user friendly e-docs for realtime deal making
What do you like best about the product?
Slick time and place utility...makes it really fast and easy for clients to sign up and for teams to track revenue and billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be me (most probably?!), I'd like there to be an autofill for names and addresses of the signer and signee once you are into the template
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, customizable, just a few clicks to create a new doc + send it. We were looking for something that is quick to setup, not super expensive, and does what we want, Panda doc has been a great asset to us over the last few years.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons to report really. I think there is always updates that can be made to any product, especially when editing longer docs, but otherwise all good!

Sending client contracts, T&C docs, other misc forms for e-sign
Very user friendly and detailed and quick results.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about PandaDoc is the ability to see what part of the contract the client is viewing and real-time feedback when they are signing the contract. It also is very user-friendly for the customer to use on their mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to PandaDoc that I have discovered yet. I have only used it for a couple of months but so far it has worked great and has been a very reliable place to get contracts signed and filled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making it extremely easy to send forms and contracts to clients and have them fill out without the hassle of sending the document back and forth between emails.
Easy to learn, easy to use! Secure.

It is secure and very user friendly. Much better than docusign

I lose track of who needs to do what, need to set up notifications/reminders.

Allowing informed consents to be signed securely and electronically.
