What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful that customers can electronically sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can't copy /paste. It's glitchy sometimes. But not always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick way to get a document out.
Easy to use platform for sending custom documents.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to setup custom fields for sigining documents. Also the reminders for clients to sign them Lastly the multiple types of documents you can upload into pandadoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we are creating a document, I cannot get the textbox small enough to fill the line on the existing document, which makes the document look kind of messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make it super easy to send out our monitoring agreements to our clients. We are also able to have multiple types of agreements in our pandadoc account to send out.
I like this platform.

PandaDoc has been an excellent tool for me. I like that I can save temples; the sight is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI chat was better, or you could talk to a real person immediately and not via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time when having employees sign documents.
Great integrations, easy signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with PipeDrive well. Pulls all of the customers data right from the CRM and into the document for a 2-click create and send. Pulls all of my products and populates the pricing tables. And has a lot of options for design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pricing table functions could work a bit better. The interface is a little steep to learn at the start but becomes more fluent with use. Not a lot else.

Easier for customers/clients to see our offerings and sign up on the spot.

Fast and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We're a small company with occasional license agreements to sign. PandaDoc offers a free plan that's perfect for us and our licensees. It's easy and fast to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides for us using PandaDoc; it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes it easy for us to sign license agreements and track the parties' progress electronically.

certain things arent easy to find on the drop down menus and doing speciifc task

its allowing the company to save on paper and streamlining processes for students

What do you like best about the product?
The price is so much better than what I was paying with a competitor, allowing a monthly payment option fit my budget. The other competitor didn't offer that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that it doesn't create the text boxes as quickly and simply as I like it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my clients are out of state and this gives me the opportunity to get contracts signed and returned to the underwriters in a decent time frame.
Pandadoc has been a very efficient way of executing documents.

It is very easy to use and I've had very few issues with it.

Sometimes the people I send the doc to cannot seem to use Pandadoc. Or, they think they have to create an account with Pandadoc

Having students sign documents for their federal financial aid.
Fastest way to get sales processes done easily
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been the most streamlined platform I have ever used in years as a sales executive. Uploading or creating drafts is simple. I love the ability to both send the document straight to email, or generate links to share via email/text. My customers are always comfortable using the service and return documents to me promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to integrate my signed documents into my CRM, so that I dont have to download and attach it, which I often forget to do when pushing the deal to closed/won.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an easy to use software to create and send contracts has helped me close many deals because my customers can easily view and sign on their computer or mobile device. The layout is easily understandable for the customer without having to explain anything in advance (for ex-color coded where the customer knows where to sign /date/etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to navigate and being able to edit documents while preparing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of right now. At first I didn't know how to edit it but easily figured it out and have no issues so far.
