Time Saving Templating!
What do you like best about the product?
Can create templates with variables that can be filled and forms can be customized for each client. This makes proposal writing much more efficient, saving me so much time for other tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to create footnotes in proposals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadocs is making proposal writing faster, and eliminating potential error. We create proposals for prospects in different countries, with different currencies, some have different taxes, variable primary vertical markets, and creating templates makes this a breeze for me!
It is a great service that does what we need it to do for FREE.
What do you like best about the product?
It does it job we need it to do and it is free, which is really fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version was customisable but I understand why it is not.

We have to have every application signed by our clients. This allows us to do it for free.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the simplicity and user-friendliness of the platform. Adding essentials such as signatures and initials is a breeze. It provides more comprehensive sales-focused features and CRM integrations than its competitors,
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of PandaDoc that I found less than ideal was the pricing structure. For smaller businesses or individuals with more straightforward needs, the cost of PandaDoc might be prohibitive. Competitors such as HelloSign offer simpler, more affordable solutions, which makes it challenging to justify the investment in PandaDoc unless you fully utilize its advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is effectively addressing multiple challenges related to document creation, delivery, and management, particularly for contracts that require signatures. As someone who frequently needs contracts signed, you're benefiting significantly from the efficiencies PandaDoc offers. By allowing electronic signatures, PandaDoc streamlines the contract signing process, sparing you the traditional, time-consuming tasks of printing, signing, scanning, and sending documents. Furthermore, its ability to facilitate instant signing no matter where your client is accelerates business transactions and deal closures. Easy to use, amazing free features, professional, timely support
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very user-friendly. The free plan is insanely generous. The sales/support staff is professional and has listened closely to my needs. I've been using PandaDoc for over a year and plan to continue using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel dated at times but it doesn't get in the way that much. The signature fields can be buggy if you're new to PandaDoc. Sometimes, the reminder emails go to spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has made it easy for me to upload, share and get legal documents signed. It's made really easy to send reminder emails, which is one of my favorite features.
PandaDoc changed how I do business
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast! It's very simple to use, and most importantly it's easy for my clients to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes with PandaDoc at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before PandaDoc, I did not have a eSignature solution, and that was costing me lost sales. With PandaDoc, I am closing more deals!
Easy to Use, Even when Free
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, very spot-on with all that are needed, even with the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Opening up more features on basic package would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily share documents that to different departments, and user friendly enough that even non-tech savvy users are able to use it easily. Also good for always on the move users.
Great update to our workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The sharing via a link feature has been a game-changer for us - we can now hyperlink our proposals, T&Cs etc all in a single email rather than sending multiple documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The per-user price is great for high volume teams like Sales but a bit high for employees in other teams that only need to send one or two docs a month, we manage this by having a "technical document" person that manages all these, but really need a lower "lite" user option as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We migrated away from DocuSign, as we needed more flexibility to build documents, and the pay-per-envelope model did not work for our style. The migration to PandaDoc was very easy, and it now integrates with all of our sales and support systems seamlessly, including using Merge Fields from our CRM to show correct products and pricing.
PandaDoc is the electronic signing king
What do you like best about the product?
Love that there are a lot of options for flexibility. I also love that there is a free tier to get you started and acqainted. The website is intuitive and more polished than competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about pandadoc. I guess some things are locked behind paywalls. but the core features are free which is amazing. Could improve bu unlocking more free features to all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing paper waste and printing. Also makes the process of getting paperwork signed much easier. Even older clients have no trouble navigating pandadoc which is a big thing.

PandaDoc didn't have a downside. I was able to use it without any issues

Paying a high price for another e-signature program
User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Panda Doc is it is very end user friendly. I hardly ever have customers not be able to pull up the document and electronically sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the document sends in hieroglyphics which is very strange. I then have to download it and send in a different format. This has happened 3 times in over a year so not a huge inconvenience just strange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am happy they have added the tab feature. It has also benefitted our customers the most. Our old software was not easily accessible via cell phones.
