What do you like best about the product?
Building templates that I can repeatedly use or vary as needed is super helpul. I can quickly upload existing PDFs, Word Docs, images or build my own fields and it converts it into an easy to use, single doc with the right fields to be filled in and signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to more easily make edits to existing documents that have already been saved as a PDF, making it editable for some fields. Maybe this exists and I just haven't figured out how to use it?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a franchisor, we're able to easily send documents, track the date we send them (for legal purposes) and collect key information/signatures from new franchisees. It also accelerates our contracting process with new vendors and gives valuable insights into how they've interacted with the document.

Simple and fast to use

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and the account manager is very attentive to your needs. It works wonders for documentation and storage as you can keep everything in the same place without having to have things scattered around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that the pricing and the plans aren't 100% suitable for very small businesses. We had to stop the subscription due to pricing, If they had other plans with fewer features, we probably would have taken it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say the way everyone can sign and share documents within and outside a company. Before, we used to struggle for document signatures but with Pandadocs, it's very simple. Also, form builders are amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
The website is well built and the features you initially get with the free version are great pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version needs to allow for more integrations and the paid version should be less on an entry level when doing only a few documents per month etc. Aside from that, this is a great and powerful resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing myself and my team to easily get agreements signed and track the signing process. It is one of the best signing softwares out here by far, and my personal favorite to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Its practically easy flowing from my CRM system and the fact that it bridges the gab between sender and receiver with automated updates just leaves Pandadoc in a class os its own,Suberb!
What do you dislike about the product?
Im yet to find ,something thus out of the ordinary or that stands out as a sore thorn,basically im in love with suability of PandaDoc,and even the document properties,which one can twitch to make a presentation of what the need,

What do you like best about the product?
I am using the templates for retainer agreements, invoices, statement of account, form, and affidavits.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me time to figure out the fields and payment, but I feel it was my mistake for not asking and for not putting enough time to read and experiment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with CRM, having all documents related to my clients

What do you like best about the product?
The free version is enough for a start-up or early stage company.
Adding text, date and signature fields are intuitive and easy to use.
You can add multiple people to sign.
You get updates by email as the signturers open and sign.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of any downsides other than esignatures are not accepted everywhere in the world. However, most countries do and PandaDoc have a page where you can check if the country accepts PandaDoc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting investors to sign contracts can sometimes be difficult. The easier you make it for them to complete the document, the higher chance they will complete it quickly.

Easy to create forms and get signatures

What do you like best about the product?
The ease for the clients to review and sign forms on their own, on their phones, or even in-person. Also creating documents is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is that it is not easy to search for documents once signed, or a way in-system to organize them after signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients often have to sign consent forms and at times, it can be confusing with other apps. Also the price is less than other "well known" signature collecting contract signature apps.

Laggy software, poor support, unclear downgrade procedures

What do you like best about the product?
Software itsleft is wine untill you want something else not straigth forward
What do you dislike about the product?
Unexpected Reorganization: On following the guidance, I was taken aback to find my 209 documents shuffled into a single folder. This completely disrupted my original organization, leading to a lot of inconvenience.

Insufficient Forewarning: The guidance lacked any warning about the potential upheaval of my document structure. A preemptive alert would've allowed me to brace for the change or reconsider my actions.

Workarounds Over Solutions: In the aftermath of the document disarray, the solution offered necessitated additional manual labor on my end. A direct fix or a way to revert the changes would have been a better approach.

Conclusion: While the intent to assist from PandaDoc's support is clear, the ramifications of their guidance were unforeseen and quite disruptive. I'd urge potential users to be cautious and seek clarity on outcomes when receiving assistance.

it's trying to replace google docs with benefits, but even with it's pricing they can't succeed it well

Super easy to use. Fast. Great alerts. Nothing slips through the cracks.

We use PandaDoc for the generation of electronic signatures on all of our contracts. The system works great. Each employeed involved with contracts has their own login and can access the system at any time. The system is so user-friendly we have never had an issue with someone needing help figuring things out.
