The Best Document Signing Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that in Pandadoc you can add documents and attachments, switch out signers if needed, add collaborators and editors. It is such a helpful tool! I also love that PandaDoc will send you notifications as to when customers view documents, and as soon as they finish signing. It helps you keep track of documents effortlessly and I love it! I seriously don't have anything bad to say about Pandadoc. It's probably the best software out there for documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about PandaDoc at all. It's seriously a great tool. It's better than Adobe or any other document software on the market, and it's only going to get better over time! It's definitely made my life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create docs seamlessly, being able to track progress of document viewing and e-signatures. Being able to edit discount amounts in real time. etc!
Love PandaDoc! Easy to use + Great Interface
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to create and use both templates and documents. They are easy to track throughout the process. We also love that PandaDoc has a direct integration with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team uses PandaDoc with the HubSpot integration, but that integration only works on some browsers which can be a little limiting for our team. We would also like a little bit more ability to edit all fields on a template at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers have to make updates to their accounts frequently, and most of those updates require a signed form. We use PandaDoc to send those documents for them to fill out and sign.
Best contracting software out there
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows me to systemized my contracts. I can save elements and use them in future documents and the receiver and select what they want to pay for without the back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with my CRM. No dislikes with the tool itself!

It saves me time. I used to create all my contracts manually. Mm
An excellent document e-signature tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Manipulating and customizing documents with this tool is a game changer. Also, the way it's easy to send a document to a customer and them having an easy time opening, signing and returning the document makes it worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's something I dislike about PandaDoc, It actually works pretty well. I trust the team at PandaDoc to come up with innovative new features in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes contract signing much simpler, with the ability to request an electronic signature from the comfort of the office without the need to physically be with the customer. This makes the workflow at the office much faster.

absolutely nothing. Its the best thing ever invented

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is helpful and knowledgable. Lots of videos/tutorials to learn how to use PandaDoc to max extent possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a handful of bugs being worked out.

I am able to quickly send out quotes and renewal to my customers

They tend to know what users want which is great but it is never included in the current plan that you are on.

PandaDoc is very easy to edit and use as well as save.

No downsides that I experience right now.

I wish you could extend expriation dates after a document has expired. Having to recreate the document altogether is a lot of repetitive work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc handles our contracts with customers. We have a lot of custom terms, so it is easy to incorporate those into our work with PandaDoc. Other vendors require admin involvement.
It feels safe and easy. Exactly what I need.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get to my documents really fast for reference and that my clients (even the elderly clients) can so easily sign our contracts. There are no questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a bit cheaper. Sometimes it has bugs when adding or duplicating text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to find a document in a hurry than going through folders. It eliminates the need to print, sign and scan. It makes signing with clients a lot less akward and cumbersom which is super important when it is by nature a stressful time in the client-business relationship. Templates make the process a lot faster.
