Jamf is the way to go
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf has made managing our Macs much easier, allowing our team to focus on our daily tasks and work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pro can sometimes be slow with certain releases, but I recognize that this is just part of the process of progression.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf enables us to manage our entire fleet of Apple devices from a single platform. It makes it much easier for us to oversee and deploy our technology.

Nothing. It’s worked exactly as we need it to.

Rapid deployment of assets and software so users can be up and running on the first day.

The company's innovative ideas and genuine willingness to listen to customers and understand their needs are truly remarkable. I am consistently impressed by how attentive they are to feedback.

I wish there were more options available to control the level of access for users.

Just waiting for a log in OS updates via blueprint.

I’ve been using Jamf since it was Casper Suite across three different companies and industries. It has been crucial in ease of management of our macOS and iOS devices.

Cost mostly. But I know that changed recently as well.

Making it easy for small teams to set up policies on a large fleet

I like how quick the platform is to deploy changes to your Mac fleet. Coming from Microsoft and not having a way to change the check in time has been a life changer. Also being able to run commands on demand for testing purposes instead of waiting really speeds things up. The support is also great they are quick to respond

I don’t like that everything is a add on purchase but I do understand why
