Centralized device management for managing at scale.
What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, the main advantages of Jamf Pro include enhanced security and compliance achieved through effective policy management and automated updates. The platform also simplifies device and software deployment, especially with features like Self Service (now Self Service +). Additionally, Jamf Pro streamlines IT management by offering comprehensive device inventory and reporting tools, and it boosts user efficiency by enabling convenient self-service options.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not very many things I dislike about Jamf Pro. The things that I would point out are more around navigating around the interface opposed to functionality issues. For example, when you scroll down on an inventory screen, all the headers disappear until you scroll back to the top, or the fact that you can’t select multiple policies to action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro provides a solution to manage Apple devices at scale with a toll that is Apple native and not an “also ran” of a product that was developed for windows.

I love how simplified jamf pro makes my deployments and management for apple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that I dont have enough time to learn everything

Deployment, making Deployment easier and better for users

I appreciate how simple it is to deploy and update my entire fleet. The process is straightforward and efficient, making management much easier.

I often find it difficult to remember all the steps required to complete tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily control all of my machines remotely with this. It makes managing them from a distance simple and convenient.

Great tool for Apple MDM
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly adapts to new Apple features. Smart groups and policies are great tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tends to lag sometimes when instance gets bigger.

Onboarding and managing corporate Apple devices, enforcing security compliance policies, resolving issues remotely.

Jamf allows me to manage all the macs in org easily.

Right now software updates are not as easy and streamlined as other MDM products.

Very user friendly interface. Makes it easy to add devices and scope apps appropriately.

I dot have any dislikes. It works perfectly for what I use it for

Jamf pro allows for easy management of my iPad software and user interactions. I can scope apps to multiple devices at once using a single group.

They give you the tools you need to get your fleet of Mac hardware managed

Cost of the Jamf pro suite can be higher then some other solutions but you get what you pay for.
