It's ability to manage everything about macs and ipads

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Jamf Pro provides complete visibility and control over all Apple devices in our environment. It streamlines deployment, configuration, and compliance management while keeping the user experience seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf Pro works great for device management, but I wish the dashboard and reporting tools were a bit more intuitive for non-technical staff. Some settings require admin-level access even for basic classroom tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro helps us centrally manage student and teacher devices, ensuring that everyone has the right apps and settings from day one. It reduces classroom downtime and gives IT the ability to support devices remotely, improving learning continuity and security.

I love the new compliance tool! Being able to see where we align or set our alignment is awesome. Great tool to have built right in.

At some time is can feel complex or difficult to understand.

I dislike how complex and time intensive it can be to learn how to manage devices with jamf pro

JAMF pro is solving all of our Apple device management difficulties and makes my life easier

Jamf has automated numerous processes that would otherwise require a significant amount of manual effort and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Even the price point isn't bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
App deployment. Device provisioning. Device security.
JAMF Pro rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to pick up, difficult to master. Anyone can get a basic setup going pretty quick and easy and have an app deployed within a couple hours of getting the tenant setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes solutions aren't always the most obvious, such as nothing stands out in the UX that you might have conflicting policies deployed to the same devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our devices secured. Allows me to configure attributes to track settings that would otherwise require scripts.

Great Product, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using JAMF in our school district for at least 12 years. It has made supporting our Mac’s so much easier, we don’t have to physically touch each device every year for setup and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t think of anything at the time………..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly software installation, Self Service, updates and security patches.
