What do you like best about the product?
Security and education focus. Best in all areas.

The extensive support we receive as an msp from the local half experts available in our region.

Champ Pro coveres all the bases, from simple to complex, to manage your businesses Apple devices.

UI is a little difficult to pick up at first, but this is an area that will see improvement in the future.

Smart groups for the win
What do you like best about the product?
I have used JAMF for over a decade. I live and die by the smart group. It's an amazing feature that so simple but not present on a lot of mdm platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be clunky at times. There are a few simple, graphic changes that could make things better. Hoping for a lot with JAMF 11.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management and security for all devices in the enterprise. It has allowed us to fully control at a scalable rate multiple clients and environments with confidence.
Amazing Experience with JAMF Pro
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use! We can quickly train employees, push out apps and settings, and restrict devices at a whim.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little expensive. That being said, I still believe it's worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JAMF pro allows us to manage our iPads and MacBooks. Without it, we'd have to manually touch each device. Remote work is the best work!

JAMF is super user friendly while being incredible powerful. Not only is it customizable, their support and community is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides might be taking the time to learn how vast and powerful it is.

Not sure I have a big dislike as I am excited about jamf pro 11 interface.

Superb engineer support
What do you like best about the product?
When your 802.1x config profile needs to work from the cloud jss to an internal ADCS box, there's several moving parts and networks teams involved. Al rode hers on this project and in a few meetings with all involved had us up and running. All services built and a fully fleshed config profile for wireless and wired Ethernet connections. Salute!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't any dislikes here, so there's nothing to dislike. Wishes iwould be a search box for words inside config profiles please. Hard to be concise and verbose in config titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big is keeping security concern patches and up to date. One stop shopping for device status to show SDO we are compliant.
