What do you like best about the product?
The options to automate daily tasks. It allows me to do everything with 1 fte
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times Jamf moves faster then I can and I feel like I fall behind and then force to makes changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows easy enrollment and automated patching.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf offers a comprehensive solution for Mac management. The training provided is both engaging and thorough, genuinely preparing you for success. Additionally, the Jamf Nation site is a valuable resource, offering insights and helping to fill in any gaps left by the official documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Jamf. If they managed Windows at the same level as MacOS, Jamf would be our total solution for UEM, MDM, and Security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf has transformed the management of our MacOS and iOS devices into a nearly zero-touch process. After we implemented all our automation, the number of support tickets for MacOS and iOS dropped significantly, leaving us with only a few each quarter.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is an amazing tool for higher education. It is user friendly, provided training and support. I have been very happy with managing our devices through Jamf Pro and will be a life long customer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I dislike about Jamf Pro.

What do you like best about the product?
How seamless and effortless it is manage the Mac devices. Also how they offer day one support on any new protocols and features Apple releases. Their support is on point and are always ready to help. Never have to question their knowledge on Apple products.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside for me. I have yet to find an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zero touch, management and end user seamless

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro helped me get a better understanding of how macOS devices work and have to manage them more accurately and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly don't dislike anything from Jamf Pro, but the UI could use a little more icons to identify submenus
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jamf Pro with Jamf Connext to deploy SSO to our Mac fleet. We used to have locked network accounts so often in the past and Jamf Pro has helped fix this

What do you like best about the product?
JAMF Pro is always adding additional functionality and this is not always requiring additional investment. I wish other MDMs would follow suit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue besides that I wish I could add Windows systems is that I wish there was a way exclude stale devices from some of the reporting options. Such as the patching reporting. We have several devices that I do not want to remove from JAMF until they are returned but the devices are not actively in use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides the Mac Management, the inclusion of the JAMF App Catalog has solved a big pain point my organization had and saves a lot of time.

Great features and a great API

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is great and scales well. We have over 40,000 devices in it between Macs and iPads, and it’s very reliable. They’re constantly adding features we use. We have good relationships with our client success people, and a support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always little things about a product. Some of it is items where an information field we can fill would be nice, and that type of thing. Jamf does take feedback and users can vote on it, which is nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Jamf, we couldn’t enroll and manage the number of devices we have with such a small team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use the most. When new features are added support articles and post give you a heads up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be too many ways to do things sometimes but I think that can be a benefit to some.
